Before the 20 year leap Esha called some one up and told them to bring her son to India, Remeber.
So that means Garv is Esha's and the old guys son who owned the hospital where Abhay got his treatment for Brain Tumor in New York.

thats not ture. Garv calls esha [big mom]..in hindi. So there is some other relation, but its not mother and son. Maybe Esha and garv's real mom are VER VER good freinds..i dont know something like that but im 100% sure that garv is not Esha's REAL son!!

this serial is soo confused i wonder if garv is eshas son how people want garv and kumud to be together as we know that esha and kusum is a big enemies??? oh mg i dont want them to be together with that devil family.
its seems kali is elder then all. what do u think ??
