That is a compatibility problem between Firefox and WMP 11. To fix it you need to download a small plugin for fixing this problem....

you can find the plugin at Port25 on this page

happy downloading and hope it helps you fix it....

I have a question, I am trying to watch videos online like the daily soaps but whenever it uploads, I can hear the sound but I get a green screen on the windows media player, is it some settings on my internet explorer that need to be changed?? It never happened before, just started today.

BTW what version of WMP are you using....

try this ....
1. Close all windows... all instances of all programs etc that may require IE or WMP
2. Run WMP: click on Start => Run. type wmplayer
Go to WMP, tools -> options -> performance -> advanced -> uncheck **use video mixing renderer** under video acceleration.

close all programs and restart your system.

tell me if it works then... or we'll try sum thing else.
