Hi, This is Khaja Misbahuddin updating Kkusum for 9th Dec, 2004
ACP is in his office when he receives a courier. He opens it and finds some photographs in it. He looks angry.
At Kapoor house, Kshitij comes inside. Kapil asks him about the fake photographer. Kshitij tells him that he mite have come to cause some harm, or to just scare them. He tells them that the person who can enter the house can do anything. Kapil gets worried. Kshitij is about to go when Kapil asks him as to where he is going. Kshitij tells him that he is going to pick up Aryaman from the airport.
The fake photographer gets a call ( it's a male voice ). The caller scolds him that he cudnt do a simple thing straight and informs him that Kapoor house people have already suspected him, and asks him to leave the city as soon as possible. The fake photographer agrees.
A car stops at the airport, and the fake photographer gets down. Just then, Kshitij comes to the airport. He gets down and spots thim there. Kshitij calls out to him but seeing Kshitij, he runs away. Kshitij runs after him. Kshitij is unable to run fast because of his injury but tries to keep up with him. Blood starts oozing from Kshitij's injury wound, but he still runs behind him. Kshitij almost catches him by the coat, but he removes his coat, and runs away. Kshitij manages to stop him when he enters some garden, and makes him fall down, and he also falls down. But because of the injury, Kshitij isn't able to get up. The fake photographer gets up, and hits Kshitij with his leg. Kshitij gets hurt. When the fake photographer tries to strike again, Kshitij catches his leg, and makes him trip over and he falls down. Kshitij rolls over and gets on top of him, and finally grabs him.
At the Kapoor house, Mehndi is put on Kali's hand. ACP enters the house, and tells Kkusum that she is under arrest. Everyone is shocked. Everyone gets up, and goes to where ACP is standing. Kkusum asks ACP as to what he is talking about. Sarala asks ACP as to how this is possible. ACP tells her that the Police never speaks without proof, and shows Sarala the photos. Everyone is shocked. Kali tells Kkusum that she was trying to become her mother after killing her real mother. Just then, Kumud comes there, and tells ACP that if Kkusum really killed Mahi, then she is not fool enough to bring a photographer along to take the snaps. Kumud ridicules ACP asking him to wait for two more days coz he mite get the video tape too. ACP tells her that neither she nor he can make statements, and they will go by the proofs. Just then, Kshitij comes there with the fake photographer, and asks ACP to wait. He tells him that this man is the real culprit. HE tells ACP to ask him as to why did he try to frame Kkusum by trick photography. Everyone is shocked. ACP asks the man if he will tell here or in the Police station. The man tells ACP that he only made the photographs, and that someone wants to frame Kkusum. ACP asks him as to whom did he work for. He tells him that he didn't see the person but he used to call him from this number, and hands over his cell to ACP. ACP dials the number and hears the phone ring. The sound seems to be coming from upstairs. Everyone goes upstairs, and they go into Abhay's room, and ACP opens the rack, and finds the phone there. He asks them as to whose phone is that. Sarala tells him that it is Mahi's phone. ACP asks them as to who was using the phone. Kali tells him that no-one is using the phone, but she switched it on. ACP asks her the reason, and Kali tells him that she was missing her mother very much, and her voice was recorded in the voice mail of her cell, and so switched it on. ACP moves forward and finds some mud near the window. He beds down, and takes some mud in his hand and concludes that t is from the garden below. He tells them that something is wrong. Nitin asks him as to who the person mite be. He tells Nitin that whoever he is, he is not their friend, and not a friend of Kkusum for sure. He apologises to Kkusum that she had to face some problem coz of them. Kkusum tells him that its ok and that he was doing only his duty. ACP tells them that he will appoint two constables for their safety outside. Kkusum thans him. ACP leaves.
Garv is with the wardboy's brother in his house, and Kali is standing there. Garv tells him as to why did he do such a thing. He tells Garv that Kali gave him Rs. 50,000 and asked him to do it. He also tells Garv that Kali forced his brother to do the work. Garv looks towards Kali that why did she cheat him and why did she lie to him. Garv tells her that he hates her. Suddenly, Kali gets up from sleep. She has sweat all over her face, and she gets a call. She receives the call, and asks the caller as to why did he call at such a late hour. She tells him that hse is not going to give him any money. She thens thinks what if he tells about her reports to everyone. She then agrees to give him the money and asks him to tell her the place where they can meet.
Everyone is busy in decorating the house. Kumud sees this from upstairs, and cries. She goes into her room, and sits on the floor, near the bed and puts her face on the bed (Tere Naam Song Plays ). Kkusum sees this and feels bad. Kkusum leaves. Lalit comes there and feels bad too. Lalit asks GOD as to how much pain Kumud still has to go through. He tells that Kumud has gone through enough, and its time now that she sees some happiness. Lalit asks GOD if he likes to make people suffer more who already suffered a lot. He asks GOD to end Kumud's misery rite then, and he leaves.
Kshitij comes to Garv's house. He meets his parents, and they tell him that Garv is upstairs. He goes to meet Garv. Garv is surprised to see Kshitij and asks hima s to why did he come there. Kshitij tells he came there at such an hour coz he can get to talk to him alone. He tells Garv that there is time even now, and asks Garv to go back to Kumud. Kshitij tells him that Kumud loves him more than her life, and she is waiting for him even now. Garv tells him that he is going to get married to Kali today, and from nowon she is going to be a part of his life. He tells Kshitij that Kali is pregnant with his child, and asks him as to how can he ask him to go to Kumud. He tells Kshitij that Kumud was a past for him, and Kali is his present. He tells Kshitij that some moements, and some situations are such that once passed, they wont come back again. He tells Kshitij that the moments he spent with Kumud re like a beautiful dream for him, and dreams always break. He tells Kshitij to leave and tries to go past him. Kshitij catches Garv by this arm, and asks Garv if there is no value for Kumud's tears and sufferings and pains. Garv tells Kshitij that if Garv himself is the cause of Kumud's pains, then he asks Kshitij to go and ask Kumud as to what did she say. Garv informs him that Kumud herself said that heis no more a part of her life. Garv tells Kshitij that he doesn't want to talk about this anymore. Kshitij puts his hand on Garv's shoulder, and tells him that he wished he could feel how one feels when one loves some person dearly. Kshitij leaves.
Lalit calls Kshitij and tells him that he doesn't want Kumud to be there when the marriage is taking place. He asks Kshitij if he can take Kumud to some other place and give her company. Kshitij agrees, and tells that he will be there soon.
Kali holds some money and tells to herself that after today her lie will be buried forever, and smiles wickedly.
Kali gets down, and tells to someone on phone that she is coming with the money. She gets into her car and leaves. Kshitij comes there just then, and sees Kali leaving.
Kali stops her car infront of the hospital, gets down and goes inside. Kshitij comes there, and gets down. Kali goes inside, and finds the wardboy's brother sitting there. She hands over the money to him, and tells him that it is the last time she is giving him money. He tells Kali that this money is sufficient to make his ill brother become fit again, but if the money is needed, then he can always call her. He leaves. Kali goes into the corridor. Kshitij comes inside, and finds no one there. Kali comes out of the hospital, gets into her car and leaves. Kshitij comes outside but Kali leaves by then. Just then, the wardboy's brother comes out talking to his brother on phone, and telling hs brother that the work is done. Kshitij sees him and he too sees Kshitij.

I can't believe the murder "mystery" has stretched so long...it's like whenever they want a break from the love triangle tragedies and yes from tere naam flashbacks, they bring back the crime investigation...
garv and kumud should be together but that can only happen after the kali pregnancy thing is cleared up..cuz garv thinks he's obligated to kali when really kali is the one that ruined his and kumud's relationship..oof! why do they have to have such characters

this show make me confused! last episode they show that kali leave the report on the table. i wonder who take the report they dint show anyone to take it. and there is so many people that house how come they dont see the repot all of them are blind at least they have to show us that kali take it. but mhh so confusing!😕

i wonder too acp discover that kusum was inoccent after ktishiji come with fake photographer. all people suprised and wonder about the mahis' phone . a big confusing but after few min we all see the gang (kapoor family) continue to celebrate and prepare kalis weding??? they all forget about the past?? omg may be they all suffering with amnesia. as kusum. congratulation ekta for your damn serial. give you a hug and keep it up 🤗

I actually want the marriage to happen so that Kali will live with Garv {who will now know the truth} who will probably hate 😡her for the rest of her life for her lies; Garv then runs after kumud hoping to just be her friend....while trying to get her back {reluctantly} to Kshitij as a life partner😳. Kali will then take over the trophy of cry😭 baby
