Its time to put a new member on the hot seat

First of all, Thanks to our previous POTW, Pinky, for being such a sweet POTW last week and answering all the questions so gracefully.

Here's presenting to you our next POTW

The state of New Jersey is her home
A very lovable, bubbly, light-spirited but decent gnome
Her poems send us in wild raptures
And in them her true emotions she captures
Is a University student by profession and is very cute
So try and find her out, please don't stay mute
