RECAP:sujal sees kashish and chandru together again and
misumderstands as usual...Kashish shares her worries with umesh and
umesh consoles her...shruti sees them together and feels
jealous...now she wants to throw kashish out of that home...

............................................................ .......

Chandru gets caught by the police...kashish knows abt it thru news
paper...she gets shattered and doesnt know what to do....even to get
him out on bail she will have to pay them Rs.1 lakh(now i've no idea
as to how much they charge for these bails...but anyways we 've
already left our brains and logic behind so doesnt matter i guess)she
goes to umesh immediately to ask him for help....But when she went
there....
umesh,shruti and also sujal were standing there...all worried abt
something....

Umesh:shruti did u check all ur cupboards carefully?

shruti:yes papa...

umesh:how can u be so careless...do u know its value..lits a diamond
necklace ,damn it....

shruti acts like suddenly she remembered something...
"papa i know its a little weird but kashish came into my room y'day
to say bye abd after she left only i did not find the necklace"

sujal is stunned.....he looks at shruti with disbelief...and also he
sees kashish at the entrance...he is totally confused and he
expresses various emotions of confusion,disbelief,anger,hurt,doubt
etc and etc looking at her...he keeps looking at her...

kashish is astonished to hear what shruti was saying...she cant
believe her own ears....for a minute she looks at sujal and
immediately she turns her gaze towards umesh wanting to listen to
what he has to say.....

umesh shouts at her"shruti....do u understand what u r saying?how can
u say that to kashish...we know what kind of a girl she is...no it
cant be.....go and search carefully...u will find it right there..."

Shruti:i dont know why u believe in her so much....
while saying this she realizes that kashish is already there....s

shruti:ha here she is...ask her only papa....

umesh:looks at kashihs but doesnt say anything...

kashish:not having a clue of what is happening,sir what's the issue?

umesh:.............

shruti:dont be so innocent kashish...u also know what u;ve done and
just admit it and return my necklace....otherwise i'll have to call
the police....

kashish:confused...necklace?

sujal is very closely observing kashish's reactions...he doesnt want
to believe in what shruti was saying but at the same time facts also
cant be overlooked...here the fact is the necklace is gone...

shruti:its high time u come out of that achi hone ki natak...u
probably can fool my dad but not me...i very well know people like
u...

Kashish totally breaks from inside...she never expected that she will
have to see this day...she never ever imagined that she will have to
bear such a big insult and accusation...but she knows what she is,so
she decides to fight it...she realizes that its her responsibility to
prove herself innocent...

kashish:talking to umesh with a very feeble voice...sir, i really
dont know why all this is happening...but if u 've any doubt u can
come and check my house sir...i 've no problems...

umesh is so devastated...he has a feeling that something is wrong
somewhere but did not know what it is...and he is not able to say
anything to shruti also...he just looks at sujal helplessly...

sujal is even more helpless and he is not looking at anybody...he is
totally distressed,confused and lost...he wants to help kashish but
before that he wants to make sure that she is not at fault....he is
in a big dilemma now, abt what he has to do....

shruti asks the driver to take out the car,asks kashish to get in and
they go to kashish's house....

Here ravi's granny comes to kashish's home to see her mamma...her
main purpose of visit is to tell her that when kashish was alone at
home, she entertained some stranger at home and all that,that she
observed y'day ,with of course a lot of masala added....

by the time kashish came home with shruti and the driver...the scene
is all set to crucify kashish...

Mamma and maami both of them r very angry at kashish....kashish's
mamma is again back to square one in terms of her health...she is
totally shattered....

Now shruti stormed inside and aathe hi she orders the driver to
search for the necklace....seeing all this and kashish,her mom gets
heart attack....

The driver searches for the necklace making all the house upside down
but only to tell shruti that nothing is there....

shruti simply says sorry to kashish and leaves with the driver....

But here kashish's mom is in her last minutes of life....she cldnt
take it, that her daughter is such a characterless girl...

kashish runs to hold her,but she doesnt allow her...and eventually
she leaves her last breath....

Kashish is completely broken by now.....she screams"mamma...i'm not
guilty...ur daughter is spotless mamma..mamma please wake up..dont
leave me mamma....." she breaks down and loses her consciousness...

Parvati(kashish's maamiji) is also at a complete shock...she feels
very bad for kashish...cos she cant believe that kashish can do such
a thing...but more importantly she is shocked with savita's sudden
death...everything happened so quickly that now, she is the only
person to think of something there....and she is also not in a
position to think anything....(remember shyamlal went on a
pilgrimage...he is to return any day now)

Sujal slowly and very hesitantly enters kashish's house...he cld
sense that something is seriously wrong there....he is stunned to see
kashish lying on the floor unconsciously and her mamma lying at
another corner with parvati on one side crying bitterly...he very
quickl understands the scene and feels very bad for kashish....

Parvati looks at him with a question mark...sujal"er...i am from
where kashish works"...i came here to say sorry to kashish abt the
incident that happened in the morning....(something he blabbers...)
parvati is least interested anyways...she is actually delighted that
there is another soul along with her in that room...

sujal:how did this happen?

parvati:tells him briefly...if u dont mind can u help me?

sujal:sure...i care for kashish..i mean we all care for
kashish...anything for her and her family...

parvati:what shall we do now...

sujal:first lets wake up kashish....he goes and sprinkles some water
on her...

kashish wakes up with a jolt...she sees sujal and cries very
bitterly...sujal very helplessly looks at her and tries to console
her...in that pain kashish holds his hands and cries...sujal takes
her into his arms and pats her on her head...

kashish finds a lot of consolement in his reassuring
hands....temporarily she forgets the tension between both of them.....

parvati gets a little
suspicious at this...even in that pain she cld sense that special
feeling for kashish in sujal's eyes and its not just the concern that
a boss has for his employees....

Sujal slowly seperates himself from kashish and starts thinking abt
what needs to be done...a few neighbours come in but lookin at the
situation they get scared that whole thing will come on them..so they
quietly sneak out...

sujal makes a few calls and before he is done with his calls and
arrangements for the final rites of kashish's mom, shyamlal
enters.....

He quickly realizes that something very horrible happened and also
the bitter truth that his sister is no more....he also breaks
down...sujal goes to him and tries to console him....he is not in a
position to ask who sujal was in the first place...but sujal's
support he gets up and starts thinking abt what needs to be
done...sujal assures him that he already made the neccessary
arrangements and the people shld be coming in anytime....he looks at
sujal thankfully....

Then shyamlal starts wondering how he can get chandru(he still doesnt
know that chandru is in the jail)...

Shyamlal goes to kashish...she again cries bitterly looking at her
uncle....he doesnt know how to control her but he is reminded of the
immediate call for the duty...he asks kashish for chandru's address...

kashish breaks down again...in between she manages to mutter that
chandru is in police custody and they need 1 lakh to bail him out....

shyamlal is shocked once again....sujal doesnt understand who this
chandru is...shyamlal,without his knowledge started depending on
sujal now....(when u r deep in waters with no where to go that's what
happens)...

sujal asks him who this chandru is...shyamlal says chandru is
kashish's younger brother....

sujal says that he will go and bail him out...and asks for chandru's
picture...kashish gives him that day's news paper...

sujal is in for a shock yet again...he feels miserable at the way he
misunderstood kashish...he looks at her meaning to say sorry...
...................................................

sujal bails out chandru and gets him home...

they finish the final rites and come home....

chandru is very unhappy with himself...he did not even have the
chance to meet his mom for one last time...and on the top of it he
has this smuggling case on him....he is not able to show his face to
kashish....

meanwhile all the neghbours collectively come and attack kashish and
family...sujal is right there standing quietly with a angry face....

they want them to vacate that place as they r a black mark to that
neighbourhood....

Shyamlal tries to explain to them but they r just not in a mood to
listen...they call the owner of the house also...and the owner also
comes and starts throwing their things out...

Sujal cld not take it anymore and blasts off all of them..he tells
them to mind their own business...he does not feel its safe anymore
for shyamlal and others to stay there so he invites them to his
home...

shyamlal doesnt see any other go and so agrees to his proposal...but
kashish is not at all happy...she rejects outrightly...but shyamlal
tries to explain to them but she is not ready to listen to them....

sujal gets very irritated with this behaviour and tells shyamlal that
he will explain to kashish...

he goes and sits next to kashish on ground very
secretly"kashish,listen to me carefully....if u dont agree gracefully
to come with me, i have to tell everybody abt ur mangalsutra,dont get
me wrong...i'm not trying to blackmail u here...but that's the
truth...so come with me quietly...is that clear?"

kashish looks at him and she knew that he meant what he said....so
she agrees to going along with him....
..........................................

that's it guys end of part12....as always i did not check for any
spelling mistakes or any other gramatical errors in the dialogues
etc...so forgive me and correct them for urself...i know u r already
so sweet to do that for me...

The goings on in the KTH have become so disgusting and gut wrenching
that now i want kashish to marry that rahu guy and get a nice
thrashing from him, a lesson which she will never forget...that time
sujal shld also not be around....yes agreed, sujal's happiness is in
kashish's happiness...but even now he is not happy...if this is what
he is going to get,i've a better idea...how abt introducing a new
girl..a look alike of kashish, into his life..who is very sinsible
and falls for sujal at the first sight and slowly makes him forget
all abt this lady torture...they both shld marry and be happy right
in front of kashish...and this bimbo will be searching for
her 'kahiin to hoga' all her life.....seriously, very pissed of with
this lady...
