does someone know any desi tips to get SKINNY.....if u do den pllzzz heelp me mannn i m gettin fat everyday OMG

Nice topic ...I also want to know how to get skinny Smile But I know somethings like . If you want to be skinny eat limited food like dont eat too much at a time . Dont eat rice , sugar , potatoes but if you have to eat this then less the quantity . eat fruits which contains fiber to flush our stomach like pears , pruns etc .. I have some more tips but will write after some time.

But I also want to know how to loose weight ...

eat loads n loads of fresh fruit and veggies ... eating them raw is the best thing... drink a lot of water, especially before every meal since it helps fill ur tummy, and u end up eating less. And no fried food and junk, no sodas or anything.

eat right and exercise, also go to a doctor and find out what is a HEALTHY weight for you.

remember not everyone can have a fab. model/actor body its all about being healthy.

this is a random topic but heres a tip after eating if you drinka little bit of citrus like orange not even half a glass like half of half a glass it burns all the fat you eat Tongue

Exercise Every morning! I have done that. Also: Quit junk food, eat subway: eat fresh LOL LOL (just kidding- well its not that bad). I lost 40 pounds in less than 2 months.... i used to weight 160, but then it changed to 120.

Lol.. how about exercise? Lol LOL LOL But just eat veggies and exercise!

Ooh.. and since my mom's like a health freak there's this lemonade stuff you can make which is supposed to burn fat! You take 2 tbsp of lemon juice adn 1 tbsp of maple syrup a tsp of cayenne pepper (Lal Mirch) add some water and it's a fat burning drink! Lol!

Oooh and you're not suppposed to eat anything like 3 hours before you go to bed! Those strange cravings is only your body burning fat so don't feed yourslef just let it burn away the fat! Lol! That's quite hard though LOL LOL LOL Just drink loads and loads of water! Big smile Big smile

Lol... and buy fat free stuff! Serioulsy my mom thinks she's fat so she buys organic mayo and 12 grain bread, whole wheat spagetti and makes cookies with half the sugar and with whole wheat flour! Wow! Yea and she's lost like 30 pounds! So I'm gonna guess that it works! But she exercises a lot to!
