Karela is poison for me..And to think that some people drink Karela juice🤢..I pity them...😭

Then what's the point..You would have killed it anyway...Sweets are better than that..Atleast they have ghee, which according to Ayurveda, is good for memory and brightness😛😃

You don't have to fry the koftas, you bake them.It still retains the nutritional value

 Tans.. mind sharing that Broccoli Kofta baked recipe..😊 Luv broccoli and Karela.. It is disgusting but I like Karela juice too when cut and mixed with salt to drain all that kadvahat out..😳 and then I can justify eating a good chunky piece of chocolate or Ladoo..😆.. My 3 yr old niece loves broccoli too.. She calls it a "tree"..😆
