Ayushmaan's father challenges him to earn 100 rupees on his own. His friends, Sonia and Rohit are geared up to ensure that their friend wins the challenge. All three brainstorm to come up with a bright idea to make some quick money. They finally decide to deceive people on the road by claiming to collect money for the blind. However, their plans are foiled as one of the passers by unearths the truth and Ayushman is left wondering how to earn the money to make a point to his father. Meanwhile, at college the professor puts forth a difficult mathematical equation for the class to solve. Ayushmaan, the genius that he is, solves it in minutes but intentionally does not reveal the fact that he has cracked it. Back at home, he spots some cash lying on the dinning table and debates whether to steal the money or not. He ultimately decides against picking up the cash but unfortunately his father turns up at that precise moment and misunderstands him.
