tellme if its safe to have splenda as sugar suppliment..

Actually it is.. My uncle uses Splenda and so many of the people I know.. Its better than other sugar.. Smile

i think splenda is great alternative for sugar...but who knows...it may harm you Confused

i think its a good alternative my mom n dad use it sometimes but it doesn compare with sugar in taste Embarrassed
