hmm, well if the certain substance helps them in the sport they should definitly be banned

if has no effect on their performance then why should they care Embarrassed

i think it should be on the severity of the drug, for instance if they took it because they were recooperating from injury not to bad a small ban
if they did it to win like sprinter ben johnson strip him of title an ban from sport forever

Barry Bonds got tested for taking steroids so many times but he never got suspended
