Update for dec1

hi,

 here is todays update.

The episode starts with conversation of Ansh and Karan.Ansh tells Karan not to come in his way.Karan says to Ansh " kal Court main case ki sulvayi hai ur judge saab tumhe saaza denge ki.............".he stops.Ansh says lets see what happens tommorrow. some more heating conversation goes on between them.
Shobha and Payal will be having breakfast.Payal asks whether she has got any problem in business. Shobha tells that till abhishek is there i will not have any problem.Payl thinks that Shobha is too much attached to Abhishek.She thinks that whether it will proper what is she doing.
Nandini's lawyer Mira comes to her house and tells that she must tell everything in the court what Ansh has done to her till now. Tulsi enters in holding case papers.She asks mira that  whether she is with ansh or with them.Tulsi says that the case is filed on mental torture and physical abusing and not rape case.mira says according to law after marraige rape does not come in picture between wife and husband.thats why she has filed it as mental torture and physical abusement. Tulsi gives some lecture regarding law.......kanoon yeh....... kanoon woh.....(very boring to listen to her lecture.)
Ansh is talking to lawyer. his lawyer says that nandini has created such circumstances that she might win the case as mira is handling her case.His lawyer says that he can only win if his case is handled by Balwant Sinha.(Some new character.I saw him in some serials but donno in which.)Balwant comes and shakes hand with Ansh.Ansh says that till now he has never lost anything. balwant says that he wont allow him to loose also.
Nandini getting ready to go to court. She prays to god adishkthi and tells "mujhe shakthi do maa ki main sach ki ladayi ladne ke liye"( Same dialogue in ekta's soap).
Balwant tells ansh that he will be able to win the case only if Nandini confesses that she has relation with Karan or else he will loose.Ansh says that he knows nandini very well and she will never say that in court.
In shantiniketan, Savita tells Mihir to stop Tulsi from telling lie in court.Mihir says that he tried her to stop but she is not listening to nyone. At the same time Tulsi is getting downstairs with Karan. All four stare t each other for sometime. Then tulsi says to karan to leave.Karan goes. Tulsi goes till main door and stops. She looks back and then goes.( They tried to show that Tulsi is leaving Relations for truth.bcoz savita said that she will loose her mom if she  goes against Ansh).
Scene cuts to court. Tulsi, Mira and Nandini standing and talking.Tulsi says to nndini not to worry.Tulsi and mira go from there.Karan comes near nandini but nandini turns her face nd is about to go karan stops her. he says that whenever she needs her he will be always there with her.Nandini says karan to go to tanya and she does not need anyone's support.
The court case starts. Arguement between the lawyers goes on.Ansh starts his drama( with crocodile tears...😭😭). he says to judge that he loves nandini lot. till now he has never seen anyother female other than nandini. After marriage he came to know about nandini that she had an affair with his brother karan.He tells that even knowing all these he accepted nandini bcoz he loves her.
Mira tells to judge that Tulsi was there when Nandini was  raped.Ansh says that she has not seen anything that was happened in the room.mira asks him to tell to the court that what hppened in the hotel room.Ansh says to himself that he will tell to court half truth half lie.He tells to the court that Karan came to switzerland to meet nandini. He says that nandini went to karan's room that night.......camera pans on nandini.......
  END.
Will ansh create any new story?will he win the case? will virani's come to know truth bout ansh???

Nandini better win the case! Ekta should show her win the case otherwise Ekta will be the most idiotic woman!

If Nandidni looses the case, its gonna be very very demoralising.

But again, if he does loose the case...why should Tulsi kill Ansh in Mother India Style??

With all this going on in the case, Ansh accusing his own wife...she shoud not have any problem in getting a divorce, isn't it?? The judge should rule that " In interest of both prties involved, I advice u to divorce"

 

I read in a recent article that Ekta Kapoor has got a whole team of story writers who know how to do their job.  Looks like the whole team has gone mad.  How much more longer are they going to pull this Ansh- Nandini business.  And no court is going to tolerate the kind of nonsense that they showed in yesterday's episode.

Last month or so, they showed a scene where damini and ganga overhear Ansh talking to his lawyer admitting that he raped nandini so that she could not take a divorce on the ground that they dont have a "Pati - Patni" relationship.  Why cant those two women now come out and tell everyone the truth , more particularly to Savita and Mihir.

 

ya what u tell is correct.....Damini and Ganga should open their mouth in public in the court itself......Then Tanya also knows that ansh is bad....Now she should come out with the truth and tell the court that ansh pushed her to make love with karan and seperate karan and nandini.....If she tells all this in court, i think the case can be easily won by Nandini....Ekta pls let this happen.....

even if Damini and ganga want to tell the truth ekt wont allow it to happen.😆😆😆

Take the case of Karan. He knows that Abhishek is involved in Vishals murder but he never told it to tulsi noe any one else.
