He guyz....i've written a number of poems in my ff "Humko Deewana Kar Gaye"...Hope u like this poem which I wrote when I moved away to a new house...I changed school...I gave this poem to the one who I "loved" b4 moving...do tell me how u like it!

A Trip Down Memory Lane

I take another trip down memory lane,

I do it everyday, again and again.

My heart grieves thinking about the past

How long will these disturbing memories last?

This question is gradually killing me from inside

And puts me through pain I can no longer hide.

Have I been wasting my time all these years?

Faking a smile and choking back my tears?

As I make my way down memory lane,

Sorrowful thoughts drive me insane.

Nothing but pain lies in my past,

These wounds will take time, they won't heal fast.

I am still waiting, my emotions are still,

Hoping these memories aren't overwhelming enough to kill.

I don't know what is tomorrow, I live in yesterday

Not making any effort to store my thoughts away.

I constantly ponder, What went wrong?

Why our relationship was so short, and my life so long?

I happened so quickly, why did it have to die?

God didn't even give me a chance to say goodbye.

It seems even today we are linked by a chain

Thus everyday, I take a trip down memory lane.
