Hmm.. I posted yesterday but I guess the post hasn't showed up... Anywyas, posting again.
My question to you is how many of you actually eat healthy?
1) Do you follow a strict diet?
Umm.. no not really, I just eat what I feel like eating at a particular time!
2) Do you eat enough fruits and vegetables?
Well, I think so but I am a big fan of fruits but veges... no not really. Only a few vegetables, I can bear to eat and they can bear me π
3) Do you drink enough water?
I think so yeah, I love water! I mean whenever you'd see me, I'd have a water bottle instead of soda or gatorade even.. I just love water!
4) Do you have less junk food?
Hmm... Well, I am a big fan of chips though I don't eat them like everyday.. just somedays when I feel like it.
5) How much sugar do you consume each day?
Not a lot at all! I hate sweet stuff.. The only sweet thing I like is chocolates.. and nothing else.
6) How many fruits, vegetables and glasses of water do you think we should drink/eat?
I think for a healthy diet you should have 3 servings of fruits and vegetables and 8 glasses of water.
7) Do you have anything else to add?
Not really, you have covered it all, Amu! π
