Depending on where you live the time you spend in 1 School varies.

I've always been confused with Middle School and High School (in America) since i realised that it's not the equivalent to Primary and Secondary Schools in England because of the age differences.

Since we have people from different parts of the world we can put together the stages of Education where you are from.

For England

Infants: Ages 5-7

Primary School: Ages 7-12

Secondary School: Ages 12-16

College: Usually Ages 16-18

University: 18+

Oh really, thats surprising i thought yours would be similar to the American system but with the British an' all i shouldn't really be surprised Embarrassed

its differnt for america, in america:

elementary is for 4-10

middle school is for 11-13

high school is for 14-18

and college and university is the same thing, colleges i think are smaller than universities i think in terms of the student population

im in uk -so im in my last year of high school. bt in america i wud be in the middle of high school

Hi Nikki you forgot Preschool and Kindergarten....

Preschool – 20 months – 3 years

Kindergarten – 4-6 years

ya its different in US. usually students r older by the time they go to school LOL
