Hi Guys,

I am SAMYD from Israel, female age 35 I am dusky skinned medium height n weight, exercise regularly n swim as well eat a balanced diet n drink lots of water

I visit salon once a month to get pedicure n manicure
My hair is dark black shoulder length straight just blow dry after a shower thats. Ofcourse I have haircut every 3 months to keep off splilt ends
Skin is ok use creams with sun screen especially during summer n sunglasses as well as hats when I am out in the sun bet.9-4 always with a bottle of water
Sleep well atleast 9 hrs sometimes its not possible

And most imp.I stay happy it shows on yr face
