What do you do to stay fit and healthy? I ldo yoga sometimes, the pranayam exercise included, i walk alot, drink lots of water and dance every day

What do you do to stay fit and healthy?
swim 3 times a week for 30 mts, walk 3 times a week for an hour in a park I hate tread mills, exercise 30 mts each 3 times a week aerobics/body sculture/bone building

I have 3 kids weight 58kgs height 1.65 wear size 40
eat the right food n drink plenty water
