Not everyone follows the raving diets. Sometimes little personal techniques work like magic. It can be from a friend, doctor or even grandma...

lolz.. Just dont eat sugar.. N u will lose weight really fast.. My unlce says dat all da time.. LOL

when i was loosing weight i didn't touch junk food for a month or two...like completely avoided eating junk food and exercised!i also skipped meals..i no is not a good thing...but i did it anyways and lost a lot of weight!

I'm actually doing a program designed by Shikha Sharma. The basic principle is that in we feed our body only one group of food per day, the body can digest it better and absorb the nutrients better.

Carbohydrates and proteins are both rich food groups. In my diet, i'm not allowed to eat a mixture of carb and protein.

It's a 7 day diet, here's the basic outline.

Foods allowed on any day: fruits( except mangoes, bananas, grapes, chickoo) , vegetables (except potatoes - allowed on carbohydrate day only, kaddu, yam, beans, carrots, peas, brinjal), Curd, Milk(without cream/sugar, but sugar free can be added), a handful of nuts for snacking purpose only.

Day 1. ROTI DAY
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
Snacks:

Day 2. DAL DAY
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
Snacks:


Day 3. EGG DAY
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
Snacks:


Day 4. BESAN DAY

Snacks:

Day 5. RICE DAY
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
Snacks:


Day 6. PANEER/CHICKEN DAY
Breakfast:

Snacks:

Day 7. SOYA DAY

Dinner:
Snacks:

OTHER RULES-

1. Have lots of water especially on Paneer/Dal?besan day.
2. Eat dinner before 8:30 PM
3. Don't stay without eating anything for more than 3 hours at a stretch.
4. If you don't exercise(1/2 hour walk will also help) the diet will reap minimal benefits.
5. Consult your doctor before beginning this diet.
6. You may experinec bowel problems, hair loss in the beginning, but the problems will be temperory.
7. Check your weight loss progress every week. After attending to nature's call, stand on the scales with minimum clothes and check your weight 3 times. Then take avg. of hose 3 times. That should tell you the most accurate figure.

I eat enough...but I don't eat every min...like Anji does LOL I don't eat chocolates at all... Smile

avoid junk food!! eat healthy, drink lots of water and also excercise for atleact 30 minutes everry day!! Smile
