u have to upload ur pic on photobucket or imageshack or some other picture hosting site

i dunno abt slam book but u can go to settings then edit ur profile n in the signature column of ur profile put the IMG link n update ur profile, ur signature will be ready. hope i helped u 😛

To find the URL right click on the image and click properies it will say link or image location.. copy dat n paste it into the plz where it says URL here!
