hey i know it's not related to Kajjal but please give a good reply.i can't visit the disscussion forum.I would like to be slim when i go to school.MY goal is to lose 3 pounds in 1 week.

lol i think theyre going to close this topic.. but excersize.. jog.. drink lots of water.. it all depends on your age and your body type though.. dont eat a lot of carbs.. like bread and rice and that stuff.. get 3 servings of veggies and.. 3 fruits.. and at least 8 glasses of water... a glass of milk or some low fat diary product.. like skim cheese.. only a little bit.. like the length of your finger.. make sure you get protein (meat).. and excersize!

well....exercise 30 mins a day get 3 serving of vegetable and fruit products and keep a limit of ur eating

drinks water instead of soda.....and if you can't do that try flavor water before than go to regular water and try to exercise 3 days a week for 30 mins. Reduce the amount of sweet intake to like eating something sweet everyday to one day a week but a little not a lot Wink
