I read these kind of articles every now and then. Sometimes they say being vegetarian is good, then they have ones that say vegetarian don't get many good source of protein and other things and that is not healthy etc. Anyways, I think being non-vegetarian is not that bad, if you know limits and healthy choice.

Thanks for the info. I am glad I am vegetarian for all my life. No food is better than vegetarian food.

Doesnt matter if it is vegetarian or non-vegetarion, as long as you do so in proportion

I am a strict Vegetarian n so is ma family!
I lov being a vegetarian.
Ppl shld try being a vegetarian as u also hav a balanced out diet.
My family are traditionally vegetarians from the beginning Big smile

I would never be a vegetarian as I love my meat too much...though I do love veggie food...when it comes to meat (any kind at all) my mouth dribbles...and i dont care at all about my health...i love my food.

Im not sure if it better than vegetarian meals.. but definitely I get to have more variety...

I like eating all the green vegetables & fruits and at the same time I am fond of eating chicken. Its not bad to be non vegetarian. You just need to balance your diet with the amount of intake of both veg. & non - veg.

I agree with Sowmyaa, Reetsk and others who commented on a balanced diet. I think that is the way to go!
As far as not eating meat, yet eating plenty of fruit goes, I don;t understand the benefits of that. Many fruits (grapes for example) have way too much sugar I believe.

Our favorite Abhi Doc ofcourse would know the best Big smile
