Amazing update

So Anika is already taking on all the responsibilities of the house and it's extremely sweet of her to take care of them..

Anika was not sure about wearing such a heavy dress but she must have looked beautiful in that..

You was cutely clicking pictures of her and she blushed..

Anika is in love but Yog is still insecure..

I hope he overcomes all his insecurities and they confess their love soon

PART 8 A

Next Moment Yog collected himself & without saying anything he went back to Anika bit annoyed & seeing his facial expressions Anika asked "Kya baat hai Yog ... aapko achanak kya hua?"

Yog mumbled bit annoyed "Kyu baar baar wo mujhe neecha dikhane ki koshish karti hai ... ye kyu jatane ki koshish karti hai ki main uske laayak nahi ... maine nahi kaha tha usse mera saath dene ke liye"

Anika understood & said "Meenakshi ki baat kar rahe hai?"

Yog was bit stunned hearing the name & asked "tumhe kisne bataya?"

Anika with a smile "Papa ne! ... aap kyu choti choti baat ko leke pareshaan ho jaate hai ... ye uski mentality hai aur kisi ki kharaab mentality ko apni acchayi pe haavi nahi hone dena chahiye"

Yog smiled at her & nodded in positive. Little later at the dinner time Yog was meeting few delegates from administrative level when he saw Meenakshi approaching towards Anika, he was about to stop her but was called by his father for some important work.

Meenakshi said with a bit of attitude "Hi! I am Meenakshi ... main Yog ki friend hoon ... tum Yog ki wife hona ... shayad Yog ne tumhe mere baare main bataya hoga"

Anika with a smile replied "hello! Ji haan main Yog ki wife hoon ... par Yog ne aapke baare main to mujhe kuch nahi bataya par Papa ne zaroor bataya tha ki kisi Meenakshi naam ki hi ladki ne Yog ko dhoka diya tha"

Meenakshi said annoyed "Maine us haadse ke baad yadi use choda to wo bilkul practical tha"

Anika with a smile "Meenakshi! Wo tumhari sooch thi ... uske liye tumse kisi ne shikayat nahi ki ... par mera maanna hai yadi tum Yog se saccha pyar karti to unhe kabhi nahi chodti  kyuki sacche pyar main swarth nahi hota"

Meenakshi replied "Tum to mujhe ek padi likhi bewkoof lagti hoo ... yaa fir shayad kisi gareeb ghar se hoo jisne sirf uske paise se shadi ki hai"

Anika smiled & replied "Main tumhari baton ka bura nahi maanti kyuki jab swarth aur ahankaar insaan ke dimaag ko apahij kar dete hai to use kuch bhi theek se samajh nahi aata ... rahi paise ki baat to na kabhi mujhe usme dilchaspi thi na aagey hogi ...

Main ek Police officer hoon aur apni zaroorat ke hissab se khud kama sakti hoon ... Par tumhari sooch pe mujhe gussa nahi taras aata hai ... Mujhe yakeen hai ki tumhari samajh main ek na ek din meri ye baat zaroor aayegi" with that Anika walked away with a teasing smile & joined Yog & Manohar leaving a fuming Meenakshi behind.

Yog was hell annoyed today & Anika could see him fuming inside, little later they reached home & retire too their rooms. Anika after changing came out & saw Yog in a foul mood & asked "Kya baat hai aap aise kyu baithe hai?"

Yog said irritated "tumhe kya zaroorat thi usse baat karne ki ... wo chahe mujhe kuch bhi kahe mujhe farak nahi padta ... par meri vajah se koi tumhe kuch bura kahe mujhse bardasht nahi hoga"

Anika smiled & said "Yog! aap ek baat batayiye ... yadi koi aadmi bimaar ho to kya aap uski baton ka ... uske behavior ka ya uske chidchidepann ka bura maante hai?"

Yog replied nodding in negative "Nahi! kyuki hume pata hota ki wo ye sab bimari ki vajah se kar raha hai"

Anika replied with a smile "Exactly! Meenakshi bhi bimaar hai apni sooch se ... aison ka ilaaj bhagwaan apni tarah se karte hai ... aur jo mujhe jaanta nahi pechaanta nahi wo mujhe jo kuch bhi kahega wo bina jaane kahega ... isliye aisi cheezon ka kya bura maanna"

Yog smiled at her maturity & said lovingly "Pata nahi kis mitti ki bani hoo tum ... jab bhi lagta hai tumhe jaan gaya hoon to tumhara koi naya roop mere saamne aa jata hai"

Anika replied raising her brow "Kyu Dr. Vashisht! Aaj kal aapne Atomic energy aur radiations ko chod ke mujhpe research start ki hai?"

Yog replied in a naughty tone pulling her closer "ab kya karun ... tumse zayada interesting to science bhi nahi hai"

Anika smiled at his witty reply & said "Accha to all the best! Aap koshish jaari rakhiye ... main change kar ke aati hoon" with that she turned to change but was pulled back by Yog.

Next moment Yog arrested her in his embrace shocking her to the core, Yog said emotionally "thanks a lot Anika! pata hai aaj tak main ye samjhta tha ki shayad hi aisa koi hoo jise sach main meri parvah hoo ... aaj tak logo ki aankhon main us haadse ke baad se maine sirf daya dekhi hai par kisi ne is tarah ka vishwaas mujhe nahi diya jaisa tumne diya hai"

Anika went totally numb in his embrace, for the first time she was so close to him & the feeling of being close to someone you love was beautiful.

Anika shyly clutched Yog for support, Yog sensed her awkwardness & released his hold & Anika quickly went to arrange bed calming her thudding heart.

Anika & Yog laid on bed but today both were awake, what Anika did today made Yog realize that she genuinely cares for him it was not because of pity or any other situational reason.

Here Anika was in deep thoughts as today after what Vinayak said that was hitting her mind continuously, but now Yog had made her work more difficult she could not shun that feeling from her body mind and soul when Yog hugged her.

After long tossing on the bed thinking both drifted to sleep.

Next morning Anika reported at office & started her work, she met Vinayak too for some case & after the proceedings were done & criminal was arrested Vinayak asked "Ani! Tune meri baat ka jawaab nahi diya?"

Anika sighed & said "Main kya jawaab doon Vini ... itna kuch hone ke baad main unse kuch bhi nahi keh paaungi ... accha yahi hoga ki jaisa chal raha use chalne doo ... Jo loog Yog ki jaan ke peeche hai bas ek baar wo giraft main aa jaaye aur ye sab khatam ho jaaye fir jaisa Yog chahe"

Vini asked with a smile "aur yadi wo tujhe chahe to kya karegi?"  

Anika said irritated "Please Vini! Ye sab keh ke tu mera dimag aur mat kharaab kar ... yadi vakai Yog mujhe chahte to aisa jatane ke liye unke paas bahut time tha"

Vinayak said irritated "Yog aisa nahi hai Anika jo khud tere paas aake apna pyar jatayega ... uska complex aur uska toota dil use aisa kuch karne nahi dega ... ek baat bata kya in dino main Yog ne ek baar bhi aisa kuch nahi kiya ki jisse tujhe ye lage ki uske dil main vakai tere liye jagah hai?"

Anika sighed & said "Maine ye nahi kaha Vini ki unke dil main mere liye jagah nahi ... tujhe pata hai unhone hamesha koshish ki hai ki main unke saath khush rahun ... main aisa kuch bhi karke complications aur nahi bada sakti ... kal hi to ..." but her words trail off thinking what she was going say.

Vinayak looked at her confused and flushed face & asked "Kya hua bolti kyu nahi?"

Anika with a sigh said "kal unki purani girlfriend mili thi Papa ke dost ki party main ... bevajah mujhe aur Yog ko humiliate karne ki koshish kar rahi thi to maine bhi acche se suna diya ... Yog upset ho gaye the to maine unhe samjhaya aur ..." & she stopped consciously.

Vinayak said looking at her "Aur kya ... bata na?"

Anika bit nervously voiced "unhone mujhe thanks kaha aur mujhe hug kiya"

Vinayak looked at her first & then burst out in a peal of laughter making Anika irritated to the core, she growled saying "paglon jaisa has kyu raha hai ... maine koi joke nahi sunaya"

Vinayak said controlling her laugh "tere reaction pe hasi aa rahi hai ... tujhe ab kaun sa suboot chahiye ki wo tujhse pyar karta hai ... main jaanta hoon tum dono ko time chahiye par itna waqt bhi mat lena Ani ki sab kuch hath se nikal jaaye"  with that he walked away leaving her in thoughts.

Anika returned back home in her thoughts, as soon as she entered the room she was shocked to see the blank wall at the back of bed is having large size framed selfie that Yog took at the reception night.

Next Moment Yog voiced gently "maine kiya hai ... pasand nahi aaya?"

Anika turned to him with surprise & said softly "bahut accha hai! aapne ye pictures us din kamre ke liye kheechi thi?"

Yog said with a smile "Nahi! Par pictures itni achi aayi ki maine soocha ise humare room main lagaya jaaye ... isliye maine tumhari kuch pictures aur ye picture frame karwaa lee"     

Anika Pictures : 

Anika turned to her left & saw her same pictures that Yog clicked at the reception night and they had come out beautifully. Anika in a bit embarrassed voice "Yog! It's beautiful ... par ..."

Yog said stopping her "accha hai na ... to bas baat khatam ... ise aise hi rehne do ... waise bhi is dull se kamre main thodi raunak aa jaayegi" Anika nodded with a hitch & left to change.

After a while having dinner in their room, Anika was combing her hairs in a neat braid & Yog was busy on his system. Servant entered the room placing 2 cups of milk saying "Chote Maalik! Doodh"

Yog replied "Thanks Kaka! Aap rakh deejiye" with that servant left the room.

Anika arranged the bed neatly & asked looking at the 2 cups "Yog! Ye 2 cup doodh kis liye hai?"

Yog replied in a taunting manner "wo kya hai na aaj meri milk date hai ... main aur meri girlfriend doodh pe charcha karne waale hai"

Anika rolled her eyes & said "Yog! I am serious"

Yog shook his head and said "Tumhe apne ilava is kamre main koi aur dikh raha hai kya ... ye tumhare liye hai"

Anika said making a face "Doodh Mere liye! Main doodh nahi peeti ... mujhe accha nahi lagta"

Yog said glaring her "accha lage na lage peena padega ... tum na apni sehat ka khayaal bilkul nahi rakhti ... zara dekho kitni kamzoor ho gayi hoo ... aur mooh bigadne ki zaroorat nahi hai Kaka kesar badaam ka doodh bahut accha banate hai pee ke dekho bahut accha lagega"

Anika sipped the milk & it was indeed delicious, she said relishing the taste "hmmm! Ye to vakai accha hai"

Yog with a smile said "Haan! Poore din ki thakaan utar jaati hai ye peeke ... tumse ek baat poochu bura to nahi maanogi?"

Anika said nodding in negative with a smile "aapki kisi baat ka maine bura mana hai kya ... poochiye na"

Yog asked bit consciously "tum khud se judi baton main itna conscious kyu ho jaati hoo ... Reception party main kitni nervous thi tum ... abhi bhi jab ye pictures dekhi to tum conscious ho gayi ... itne din baad bhi maine pata nahi kyu tumme ek ajeeb si bechaini mehsoos ki hai ... kya aisa kuch hai jo tumhe pareshaan kar raha hai?"

Anika for a minute went blank at his question and stared at him, she then broke the eye lock with glassy eyes & said turning away "aisi koi baat nahi hai"

Yog turned her towards himself & asked looking into her eyes "accha! itne dino main tumhe itna to jaan gaya hoon ki tumhara jhoot pakad sakun"

Anika smiled emotionally & said "Yog! Seriously aisa kuch nahi hai ... main to khud ko is ghar ke hisaab se adjust karne ki koshish kar rahi hoon ... jab tak Papa ke ghar main thi unhone kisi cheez keliye mana nahi kiya ... ghar ki badi beti thi to sabka khayaal rakha ...

Police officer banne ke liye bahut mehnat kari saara focus wahi tha ... Maa mujhe kabhi poori tarah se apna nahi paayi ... shayad meri sagi Maa zinda hoti to mujhe is care ki aur pampering ki aadat hoti ... jab apna career shuru kiya to usme khud ke liye soochne ka time hi nahi tha ...

Par main jab se is ghar main aayi hoon sab kuch ek dum badal gaya ... is ghar main koi aisa hai jise meri har zaroorat ka khayaal hai ... koi hai jisne mujhe high class society main kabhi choota feel hone nahi diya ...

Koi hai jise meri sehat ki fikar hai jo mujhe daant ke doodh pila sakta hai ... bas in sabki aadat daalne ki koshish kar rahi hoon ... lagta hai aap meri aadatein bigaad denge" with that she turned her face wiping a lone tear from her eyes.

Yog turned her & said cupping her face "Anika! Tum bhi kya kya soochne lagti hoo"

Next moment Anika closed her eyes to bear the pain & her head landed on his chest & she mumbled "Nahi Yog! shayad aapke liye ye normal hoga par mere liye nahi hai"

Yog pulled her in his embrace & said calming her "hey Anika now stop it!"

Yog held her chin up & made her look into his eyes saying "mujhe nahi pata tha ki is strong police officer ke peeche ek itni emotional ladki hai ... ab chalo kaafi late ho gaya hai rest karo"

Anika smiled back at him hesitantly & after finishing the milk both went to sleep contently. Anika felt a unique happiness inside today as if there is someone to abide by her, someone with whom she can share all colors of her life.

Next morning when she was in the office she received a call from DGP stating to meet him urgently. Anika in next hour reached the office & said saluting the DGP "Jai Hind Sir ... aapne bulaya tha"

DGP replied with a tense face "Haan! Baitho please"

Anika took seat & DGP started with a sigh "Anika! khabar acchi nahi hai ... Dr. Bhargav ke murder case main hume kuch important pata chala hai ... finally humare ek undercover officer ne us gang ke baare main kuch pata lagane ki koshish ki aur hume kaafi badi jaankaari maaloom hui hai"

Anika said curiously "aisa kya pata chala hai ki aap itne pareshaan ho gaye hai"

DGP said "wo banda khud tumhe batayega ... abhi aata hi hoga wo"

As soon as DGP finished the sentence a young couple entered the room wishing DGP & he said introducing "Anika! Meet ACP Arjun Rawte from special cell & Riya Mukherjee Senior inspector from research desk & gyus this is ACP Anika Purohit from crime branch"

Anika with surprise said "Arjun! Kaise hoo tum?" & shook hands with them & all settle on their places.

DGP Asked confused "Tum dono jaante ho ek doosre ko?"

Anika replied "Yes Sir! Training main hum saath the"

Arjun nodded & started explaining "DGP sir ne mujhe jab ye case diya tha tab maine nahi socha tha ki complication itna badh jaayega ... Main undercover us gang ke saath rehke aaya hoon aur mujhe pata laga hai ki Dr. Bhargav ka formula unhe mil chukka hai ... unka assistant Rishabh usme unki madat karta tha ab bhale hi wo jail main hoo par unka purpose to solve ho chukka hai aur unhe jo chahiye tha mil chukka hai ...

Mujhe ye bhi khabar mili hai ki unhone atomic energy se chalne waale equipment's banane ki koshish bhi shuru kar di hai aur yadi ye loog usme kaamyaab ho gaye to bahut badi tabahi macha sakte hai"

Anika asked bit frazzled "Par ye loog hai kaun ... aur chahte kya hai?"

Riya answered "Ye ek bada terrorist group hai ... iska head hai Professor Jacob"

Anika asked unsure "Professor Jacob! Wahi jinhe 4 saal pehle unke college se arrest kiya tha gair kannoni experiments ke liye?"

Riya asked surprise "Haan! Par aap is case ke baare main kaise jaanti hai?"

Anika replied "Maine hi arrest kiya tha usko ... poora pagal tha ... kehta tha ki ek din sabko uski taqut ka pata chalega ... mujhe samajh main nahi aa raha hai ki itna pada likha professor is haddh tak jaa sakta hai ... ye jaante hue ki is cheez ka kya anjaam ho sakta hai"

Arjun said with a sigh "You are right! Par hum iske liye kuch nahi kar sakte hai ... wo 3 saal jail main rehne ke baad bahut bigad gaya aur ab wo kisi bhi tarah se duniya ko darana chahta hai aur apni taqut dikhana chahta hai ... Dr. Bhargav unke jaankaar the ...

Mujhe pata chala ki unhone Dr. Bhargav ko rishwat dene ki koshish ki par unhone mana kar diya ... tab koi raasta na dekhkar usne Rishabh ke zariye unhe marvaa diya aur unka formula hathiya liya"

Anika said with an adamant voice "Wo kuch nahi kar paayega ... ye baat maine security ki vajah se kisi ko nahi batayi thi ... Yog ne radiation rookne ka formula lagbhag poora kar liya hai shayad kuch human body ke test baaki hai  rest test positive aaye hai"

Riya said "Yog! yaani Dr. Yogendra Vashisht right"

Anika nodded in positive & Riya said "aap unhe jaanti hai? ... lekin unke saath hue haadse ke baad se to wo alag ho gaye the is research se"

Anika smiled & said "Jee haan! Wo alag hue the par sirf dikhane ke liye unhe bhi dhamkiyaan mili thi ... main unki wife hoon aur ek police officer bhi isliye ye case mere liye bahut important hai"

Riya said surprised "Kya! Aap unki wife hai? ... aur yadi aisa hai to unhone kisi ko bataya kyu nahi?"

Anika said "Kyuki unke father ne ye sab karne se unhe mana kiya tha" after a while discussing things all three took leave.

Suddenly Riya stopped Anika & said "Anika ji! Parson humari court marriage hai aur choota sa celebration aap aur Dr. Vashisht zaroor ayyiyega"

Anika smiled congratulated them saying "Congratulations! Main zaroor aaungi"

That late night Anika hasn't reached house yet & Yog was very tense about it, he had called Vinayak too & came to know that Anika has gone for a raid on human trafficking gang which increased his tension.

It was 12 in the night when door of the room opened & Yog got stunned seeing the scene.
