Thanks to Disha77
The episode begins with grand preparations going on at the Bhosale
house for the impending marriage between Ranu and Inder. Everyone
seems to be pretty excited about the upcoming marriage and Azuba and
cuty pie Gautam making out the guest list which apparently goes on
and on and Gautam tries to wriggle out of very sweetly! Suhas asks
Ranu about her guest list and asks her who all she wants to invite.
Ranu says that she has just one name on her guest list and that is
Disha. Suhas is furious and says that if Disha comes to the marriage
then Ranu will see her mother's dead face. Ranu is shocked at her
Mother's bitterness towards Disha and goes back to her room in
frustration.
In the next scene, Dev gets morning tea for DK who is sitting on his
bed working on his laptop and that good-for-nothing lazy bones Sanya
sleeping lazily near him( ). DK gives a sharp look at Dev and throws
the tray from his hand and in a very angry and loud voice shouts on
Dev, asking him why hasn't he still left this house (forgot to
mention it in yesterday's episode that DK had fired Dev for speaking
up for Disha). Dev is obviously shit scared and in a very low voice
says that he had packed his stuff and was about to leave, but he
remembered the promise that he had given to DK's father. At the very
mention of "Bade Malik's" name, DK's whole expression changes and he
gets a very dark, painful look on his face and in a controlled, cold
and anguished voice says that he does not want to hear "That Man's"
name once again in this house. Dev splutters like an idiot and
mumbles something again, when DK screams at the top of his voice
telling him to get out. Princess Sanya who has now woken up tries to
pacify DK who pushes her away roughly and tells her stay away from
him. Sanya is frozen out of fear and keeps still, while DK is shown
seething with anger and a kind of distant pain (can't explain that in
words!) - {BTW, I noticed DK's eye's yesterday, they are beautiful,
dark, honey coloured and look so lovely when he flares them up in
anger }
Dev picks up the shards of glasses and goes out of DK's room, when
Disha comes there and asks him why is he putting up with such
humiliation at this age. Disha says that she understands that finding
a job at this age would be very tough for Dev, but does he really
have to stand DK shouting and screaming on him. Dev replies in a very
subdued voice that it wasn't DK's shout that she heard. Disha asks
him what is he talking about, the whole house echoed DK screaming on
Dev. Dev says that it was his pain that screamed on Dev not his
anger. Disha is surprised and asks Dev what is he talking about. Dev
says that Disha does not know anything about DK's past and it is
partly to balme for the kind of person he is now. Dev says that since
he has been with the Sehgal family for so long, he knows DK inside
and out and hence, keeps stressing to Disha that he is not all that
bad a person that he outwardly seems to be. Disha pressurizes Dev to
tell her about DK. Dev says that DK hates his father more than he
hates even his deadliest enemies and that is because as long as the
senior Mr. Sehgal lived, he never gave DK the family name, because he
was illegitimate and hence the very mention of his father's name
causes great anguish to DK. As soon as Dev tells this Disha is
immediately transported to Suhasini's cruel words as she remembers
telling Vijendra that they have no relation with Disha because she is
adopted and not their own blood. In a strange way she feels connected
with DK......and then is repulsed by the thought and shrugs the thot
away by thinking that just because they have a somehow similar past
does not mean that there is anything common between them. In a very
twisted way, Disha smiles to herself and thinks that however powerful
DK is, he too has a dark past which still hurts him the most till
now. She decides that she will hit him where it hurts most.
In the next scene, stupid Sanya gets into a confrontation with her
lovely D lady. Sanya taunts Disha by saying that it is such a
shameful thing for Disha that right in front of her eyes, her husband
is sharing his room with another woman. If there had been any other
woman instead of Disha, she would have died out of shame by now, but
apparently Disha doesn't even seem to have any shame left. Disha
smiles back at Sanya very cooly and says that it is absolutely
correct that she does not feel shameful for her husband sharing his
bedroom with another woman. She says that in our society a man is
forgiven to have a realtion outside his marriage but even Sanya would
be aware that society gives a very dirty name to woman who sleep with
men without being married to them. She says that DK might be a big
catch for a woman like Sanya, but for her he is nothing more, apart
from being her legal husband. As a shocked and humiliated Sanya keeps
staring, Disha says in a cold and cutting voice that she will always
be more respected and higher up in esteem than Sanya because she is
DK's wife while Sanya is just his mistress. Dishas says that till she
has the Mangalsutra that DK tied around her neck, she will always
be "THE WIFE" berfet of what realtion she actually has with DK, for
the society she is the respectable Mrs. Disha Sehgal and not his
keep. Sanya is humiliated beyond words and goes back to her room
crying!
In the next scene, Ranu is shown getting really upset over her mother
with Inder and says that her mother is being very unfair to Disha
knowing fully well that it was not because of Disha that their father
died. She says that if her mother can make a fuss over Disha coming
to their marriage, then so can she. Ranu tells Inder that if Disha
won't come for their marriage, then she won't get married. Inder is
both taken aback and touched by Ranu's deep affection for her sister.
Ranu says that she can never think of starting on a new life without
her sister's blessings and requests Inder for his support on this.
Inder smiles warmly at her and promises her that he will stick up
with her in whatever she decides to do.
In the next scene, Ranu comes to meet Disha who is pleasantly
surprised to see her and the sisters get all nostalgic and senti over
each other. Ranu tells Disha that her house is beautiful and
magnificient, for which Disha just gives a sad, lost look back and
says that yes it is beautiful, but not it is not her house, her house
was the one that she left behind. Ranu feels very bad for Disha and
tries to cheer her up. Disha gets very emotional on seeing Inder and
Ranu's wedding card and tries to hide her tears and hugs Ranu warmly.
At the same time, Sanya is shown packing her stuff and sniffing away
like crazy. DK comes to her and in his cute, poker styled voice tells
her that if she had decided to go away, she should have bothered to
take his permission or atleast informed him. Sanya breaks down
completely and says that she would have definetly bothered to tell
DK, but apparently now the house is controlled by a woman whom DK has
given the honour of being his wife and since she does not want Sanya
to stay here, she is going back to her place. DK is irritated and
asks her what has Disha said to her. Sanya says that she is very well
aware of the fact that even though DK does not love her, he considers
her to be his very good friend and out of that gesture, DK had asked
her to move in. Whatever relation they share inside the privacy of
their rooms is their concern, but Disha has put a name to it by
saying that Sanya is nothing more than DK's keep (or hoe as Chets
would put it!). She says that today Disha is saying something like
this, tomorrow the whole world would point out fingers on Sanya's
character (as if she has one!). Sanya says that she cannot bear this
humiliatoion and breaks down on DK's shoulder who just keeps staring
at the wall in front of him and keeps thinking of the word "Mistress"
with the strange painful, anguished look in his eyes coming back. He
tells Sanya to come with him and they both go to the living area
where Disha gets very worried at seeing DK and Sanya (who is still
weeping like a 4 year old on the first day to school). DK in a cold,
controlled and angry voice asks Disha what the hell did she say to
Sanya. Disha is shown to be petrified for the first time in so many
days as her face turns white with fear after looking at DK's
expression.
