Aishwaryas daughter Aaradhya mistook Ranbir Kapoor as her father Ab

Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM) is already making headlines for reasons, even before hitting the screens. And as if the ongoing controversy around the release of the movie was not enough to attract all the limelight, now something Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has revealed is making news in the showbiz world. But if you thought it was anything to do with the lingering issue or even her sizzling chemistry with co-actor Ranbir Kapoor, well no. This time, it is about her daughter Aaradhya!

In a recent interview, the Bachchan bahu revealed how the overly cute Aaradhya hugged Ranbir Kapoor from behind thinking it was her father, Abhishek Bachchan on the sets of ADHM. From what Aishwarya said, we can only assume that the youngest Bachchan had no fault of hers in the entire misunderstanding, as Ranbir was wearing a jacket and a cap similar to that of her dad. Later, when Aishwarya inquired Aaradhya about what happened, she agreed readily that she thought Ranbir was her father. For others, it may be a sweet mistake from a kid, but for that adorable little one, it was an awkward incident since after the whole episode she has been shy around Ranbir.
