This is obvious if you let some stupid&uneducated 50 year old freakin Mature man(Physically only i doubt on it though) sit on your head and Allow em to Speak Rubbish everytime.
I think action on him should have been taken earlier to Prevent his big fat egoistic tongue being Utterly Annoying&disgusting.

Rape remark row: Women panel issues summons to Salman Khan

Updated: June 29, 2016 19:19 IST

The Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) has issued a summons to Salman Khan asking him to appear before it on July 7 over his rape remarks after the Bollywood superstar failed to turn up on Wednesday responding to its notice.

The actor had sent a letter to the panel on Tuesday through his lawyer stating that the case is already being heard by the National Commission for Women (NCW) and the matter cannot be heard simultaneously at two places.

After considering his response, the panel expressed dissatisfaction over the actor's argument.

"The Commission and its members today went through the letter given by the actor and we found it unsatisfactory. The letter says that case is already being heard by NCW and hence, it would amount to a case of double jeopardy.

"But we are of the view that our state commission has been conferred with concurrent powers and the case can be heard at both the places simultaneously," MSCW Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar told reporters.

The Commission has now summoned the actor to appear before it on July 7, she said.

The State panel had sent him a notice asking him to appear before it today and explain his position on the matter.

When asked what steps the Commission would take if Khan failed to turn up again on July 7, Ms. Rahatkar said, "That would be decided that day."

Salman Khan had compared himself with a raped woman when quizzed about the gruelling shoot for the movie "Sultan".

So seems like it will be between Mr Rahatkar and Mr Balatkar?

I'm rooting for Mr Rahatkar. Time for your department to show some teeth.

Why are people asking for an apology...Salman is not a child...
Apology dil se ki jaati hai...he is not a 5 year old ...ki usko bola jaaye...ki beta aapne champu ko dhakka diya...chalo sorry bolo...sorry bolo...

If a 50 year old grown man doesn't get it...he doesn't get it...its as simple as that...ab sorry bol bhi diya under pressure toh kya fayada...

people should understand that Salman is a very very very powerful douchebag...the kind of powerful people jinka kuchh nahi bigadta hai...and just move on...kyon apna khoon jalate ho..

Unless until he realises he has made a mistake & change his misogynist & chauvinist mentality ...his sorry will have no meaning.

If you guys already know how he is then yeh everyday ka mattam kyon banaya jata hai
I think everyone should just ignore him including media and the whole country then he might realise what he is!!!

I don't know who is more idiots the people who discuss him every single day and he is not aware of those existance or him who make people discuss him everyday! ๐Ÿ˜†

Just proving this to be right:

Exclusive!
Our industry source tells us the marketing team of Salman's forthcoming film Sultan is capitalising on the attention that the film is getting out of this controversy. There are chances that Salman will address the controversy closer to the release date of Sultan.

Apology will mean nothing as he has already revealed his cruel, brutish nature by saying he was walking like a "raped woman"
