With Mahi confirmed to be back in Jalandar, Twinkle focused on the plans for the coming days.
Yuvraj would try to harm anyone that tried to help her. She should warn the Sarnas to be careful.
On Monday she arrived at the police station to meet Cherry.
"Ooye good for nothing, get this sweet khudi some limca. Jaldi karna," Cherry yelled at his peon.
"Cherry Bhaiya main ek baat kehna chahti hoon," Twinkle stated.
He noticed she looked tense.
" Kahin uss Yuvraj tuhme kuch bola kya? Ab tum ne mujhe bhaiya bol diya. Ab meri behn koi pareshan kare, main toh usse chorunga nahin," Cherry declared.
"Sorry Cherry sir," Twinkle stammered.
"No sorry, speak freely. Abhi aap ka statement likh dete hain," he assured her.
"Yuvraj aap yah Kunj ko nuksaan .."
"If you are trying to give up, then forget it," Kunj said from behind her.
She whirled around to meet his firm stance.
He was dressed in white and held his black coat on his arm.
" I was just passing by as I have a court hearing today. Cherry Bhaiya please take her statement. Twinkle no more qualms, and we are not backing out from this case," Kunj declared.
The peon put down the limica.
"Enjoy your limica. Cherry Bhaiya isse jane mata dena jab tak statement puri na ho jaye," Kunj declared before leaving.
Twinkle exchanged a look with Cherry.
"It's his going to court mood," he quipped.
Twinkle nodded.
After taking Twinkle's statement, Cherry assured her they would look for this Badshah guy.
"Whoever he is, he must have a hideout in Amristar. I will inquire with my contacts," he stated.
" Theek hai. Please call me if you find anything. I would like to participate in this investigation as well," Twinkle stated.
"I will , you go ahead eat well and take care of yourself. If anyone bothers you, just call me," Cherry stated.
Twinkle nodded.
Meanwhile Yuvraj called his goons.
"Yeah I want her alive. If they can't find her by next Monday, there will be no case. Badshah will probably pressure me into finishing her off by then," he stated on the phone.
A van stopped in front of Twinkle as she exited the police station.
She ran into the marketplace.
The goons chased her through several stalls. Twinkle found a hiding spot in the back of a store and hid there.
Her breathing was heavy.
Bebe had noticed her hiding there.
"Beta toh theek toh hai na? she asked as she looked down at Twinkle.
"Please auntie, they are after me please let me hide here," Twinkle pleaded.
Bebe turned around and acted like she hadn't seen her.
The goons approached her trying to look menacing.
"Ooye auntie tune uss ladki ko dehka?," they asked.
"Nahin lekin mera ek beta police mein hain. Tum teeno ek ladki ko kidnap karne ki koshish karo ho, chii!"
"Aap ko kaise pata?," one of them asked.
She smacked all three of them.
"Agar ek hota toh man leti tums ek uska koi hoga. They show only three or more guys chasing a girl if they are trying to kidnap her. It's in every masala movie," she said in glee.
The guys shook their heads at her.
"Abhi main aapne Cherry ko phone karti hoon. Sab ko andar karde ga," she said.
They ran off.
Bebe laughed at them.
"Cowards, I tell you!," she muttered.
She looked to see them far off. She leaned down and signaled for Twinkle to come out.
"Thanks auntie," she said.
"Koi gal nahin. Tu bata tumara naam kya hai?," she asked.
"Twinkle," she answered.
"Apna dhyan rak, tu yahaan se ja abhi. Tu abhi police station ja aur mere bte Cherry se baat kar," she stated.
"Auntie, actually Cherry Bhaiya is already helping me with my case. Have you heard of Yuvraj Luthra?," she asked.
"Oh that spoiled boy! Anita his mother is no better. Be careful beta, and call me Bebe. I am Cherry's Bua," she declared.
"Aap ki family bauth acchi hai. Main jake Babaji ko pray karongi aap ki parivaar ki liye," Twinkle declared.
Bebe blessed her.
"Thanks Bebe abhi main chalti hoon," she said before leaving.
Twinkle said a silent prayer for the Sarna family before she headed off.
Bebe joined Usha at the gudhwara some time later.
She told her about Twinkle.
"Bebe yehi ladki ka case Kunj handle kara hai," Usha exclaimed.
"Ladki bari acchi hai. Bechari ki saat itna hogaya," Bebe lamented.
"Humare bacche uski madad kare hai na. Sab kuch theek ho jaya ga," Usha assured her.
Sometime later, Twinkle also came there.
The older women spotted her, and Bebe told Usha that was Twinkle.
"Iski Jodi humare Kunj saath change lagi gi," Bebe admitted.
"Lekin Bebe woh case ..,"Usha said.
"Baad mein baat kar sakte hai Usha rani," Bebe chimed.
The ladies were outside the gudhwara when a truck was approaching them.
Twinkle emerged to see the truck coming towards them.
She rushed towards them and warned them in time.
Then she knelt down beside them to check if they were fine.
"Hum theek hain beta, lekin tuhme to yahaan chot lagi hai,"Usha said.
Twinkle thought she meant her wrist so she tried to deny any injury.
Bebe tore her dupatta and wrapped it around a cut on her forearm.
"Pelhe se ek chot thi tumare haat mein. Apna dhyaan rak beta. You did a good deed today. Come with us to our home. We will have lunch and then let you go home,"Bebe stated.
"Nahin Bebe, woh log..," Twinkle trailed off.
"Then we shall take you home and make sure you are cared for ,"Usha declared.
"Theek main aap ki saath ghar chalti hoon," Twinkle stated.
The women exchanged looks of glee.
