1. Relax. Speak politely, with formal words. But be casual. I think you try to be too uptight & proper. Don't do that. Be someone who can engage. Look around. Move your hands a little bit. Make eye contact. Don't be afraid. SMILE.

2. When you practice, don't write out word for word what you are going to say. Take a paper, write down key phrases/words that need to be said.. practice saying them.. and you will realise that each time you have different variations. Just keep practicing..and very soon you'll be comfortable with one of those variations.

3. ALSO USE SIMPLE LANGUAGE. GOOD DELIVERY WILL IMPRESS MORE THAN GOOD VOCABULARY.
