raman must have admitted her then went to bring some medicine tab hi all of them came.
he must have seen ishu being addressed as amma by aliya and assumed ishmani married

No don't think there is any mu coz mani & alia r coming after Mihika sees ishu wen mani calls ishu's phone Mihika picks n tells ishu is in post operative room so Raman wud HVE gone back by then n don't think he wud HVE seen ishu n mu.. One more thing Mihika has changed ishu name to ms.singhania so chances of mu is not there..

It seems like ishita is not badly injured and the person who saved her must have seen her for sure...if they are not revealing it then it's Raman and he ran away seeing her or mu that ishita is with mani

Or again some stupid crap ...where he will bring her to hospital and not recognize her...which sounds like W*F

Tfs. Mani personality is still confusing. On one hand he wishes he could do something for Ishita. So, that she can meet Raman. On other hand, when Ishita says, she wants to go back to Australia. He agrees.

And abt mu i dont think raman recogonize ishita and mani n alia come after mihika
