I feel there are 2 reasons why suman couldn't say:

1. Suman still has to clear her mom's debts and so has to focus on her business or

2. She is worried that Shravan may misunderstand her (him thinking she didn't go for the young nerd shravan but is going for the cool dude grown up version)

I also feel as said in the promo, she feels she has lost all her rights over him, after all, he did make it clear at the party that and many instances later "woh ab woh wala shravan nai raha" the shravan she connected and bonded with, kiss haq se rokhe woh?

OMG JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THE EARLIER PROMO WAS DREAMY, THIS EXTENDED VERSION TOH IS EVEN BETTER

I LOVE HOW THEY AMALGAMATED TEENAGE & ADULT SHRAMAN IN THIS SCENE.. AND JUST EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS SO PERFECT.
