If you were sleeping too much a few days back, the reason for your insomnia is the same. You over-slept. And if you had taken more of caffeine, neend ni aayega. So Sadi, your problem is your food intake. You are not having your food at regular and proper intervals. Regularly khana bohot zaroori hota hai. Like have something at 8. Aur phir 11 baje. Then 1.30 ko lunch, 5 baje ko some snack. 8 baje ko dinner. Have five meals a day. Break them up. Nai toh you will have the same problem.
