I had the same thought ..

anyone wouldn't accept ..someone paying 6CR..

even if they are friends ,soulmates anything..

but I think they are just messing up with suman's character here, to bring sravan n suman together..

just to have one track right ,CV's are messing up with character and past tracks..

anyways we can always ignore such things..

let's see what happens next.

my pov...
still she is in sorrow that she was unable to prove her mom right...once she comes out of this then will think of this money and will tell to Shravan that she pays that one also...but I don't think the story moves this way...but as per her character sketch,she don't accept somebody favor so easily
