Do you think D T is giving his heir everything because he knows that the Creepo wants it too.

The twist of D T coming out as the Mastermind to separate Vidha and using the Creepo has failed because he did not succeed in separating them.

D T knows if he does not give it to Viplav than he has to share it with the Creepo.

And at Shaalu's first marriage was stopped by D T, because the intended wanted proof of how he made all the money and D T put all his property in Viplav's name to save his butt.
