Gurmeet-Debina to welcome a new member in their house!

Debina Bonnerjee recently adopted an abandoned lab & has apparently named him Lucky!

Debina Bonnerjee Choudhary plays the compassionate Sita in real life with one such humanitarian instance. The 'Chidiya Ghar' actress recently put up a severely ill stray dog at her plush suburban apartment & has been doing many rounds to the vet in the last few days.

Extremely fond of animals, Debina shares, "I stumbled upon this extremely sick dog in my vicinity & my heart went out to him. I couldn't have left him on the streets to die as he is very old. I got him home & have named him Lucky as I feel he is really special."

Last seen in Yam Hai Hum, Debina who has some time off her current professional assignments makes sure the dog is treated well. As per the vets, Lucky is suffering from a certain blood & skin infection & also has hip dysplasia. "I have been taking him to the clinic twice a day if that helps. I only want Lucky to stand back on his legs again. Also I am glad thatGurmeet Choudhary is giving me full support for the same,' she added.

We're sure Lucky is in good hands! Wishing him a speedy recovery!

I was watching Draupadi and Dhrishtadyumna's birth in Starbharat a few weeks back, and OMG. I am still shocked at how horribly it was shown. Dead They portrayed Drupad as this masochistic psycho who hated women, when in fact he wished for Draupadi during the yagna, which is why she was born as his daughter. He wished for a daughter to be able to give to Arjuna.

Why the hell do modern day CVs insert modern nonsense in mythos nowadays? Why do they create issues where there were none? Why do they make it seem like women were unwanted and disrespected, when in fact they were loved and cherished?

Shows like Starbharat and Siya Ke Ram paint such a horrible picture of ancient India. Unhappy

So, my fellow parivaar jan, I get crazy ideas like this only when I have exams Tongue
I was thinking:
Let's each challenge one another. We give each other an OS to write: it can be on anyone, any couple. Romantic is not the only thing. We have to portray it to the best we can, and it can be of any genre. Who's up for this idea?

Yes, I did love Starbharat at some points, but they butchered so many other stories horribly! I have a love/hate relationship with that show. ROFL
