You captured Dhani's character beautifully. And explained her nature, motives, and the way she reacts to those hurdles put in her way. 

From the first promo I easily related to her. She is a true devotee, who believes in God, who is righteos..she doesn't like lies, or jokes..life played the worst joke to her..and it was enough. 

Now ..starting to trust someone again, open doors for life and love, will be a challenge I hope she accepts!

Many a times we hear people saying, shouting, its all the game of destiny...the character speaking out the pain of those people, genuinely being tested at every step of life is dhani...among the best example to show, how is it being a puppet in hands of the destiny and people surrounding u..

marriage...a ritual, a feeling beyond description...especially for a girl...and before she can find herself, dhani found herself standing at the door of the next stage of life...naive, inexperienced, she opened the door and stepped into the world...but a sudden shock...her life went upside down... before she can realise the meaning of the sacred relationship, she lost her husband...and here started the end of her life...the end of the the innocent, lively dhani...at such a naive age, she found everything coming to a dead end..her life coming to a dead end...gave up...but the society played their cards..her mother showed her a ray of hope, a hand to hold on to live..the widow life...and the society imposed her with the cruel , inhuman laws...bringing an official end to her freedom, life making her selfless, without hopes just like a twig flowing aimlessly in the flow of water...she dedicated herself to the widow life, accepted it as her religion, her duty , responsibility...but her soul...died...

She had nothing...but peace..and that peace too was broken...a guy, mad in his power and ego, came stalking her...she had accepted the widow rituals, following it with all her might, but haven't given up on her self respect..haven't given up her right to express herself...and so she tried to brush him off...but she never knew that this small incident will change her life forever...the aimless pale life, was now given an aim...aim to cope up with the guy's ego...to prove herself innocent on his fault...but the worse of it was still to come...a prank of the guy again dragged her to a point, where her body too was on verge of leaving this world...the cruel society was ready to humiliate her, brutally kill her, snatching the rights and respect she had as a lady...as a human..but coincidentally, the reason behind all this, became her shield...rescuing her from the situation...but she was so shattered from inside, that she was filled with hatred for him...imaging her situation itself gives goosebumps...u r in ur house...a mad crowd blasting on ur door..ready to destroy ur home and family..the only way out is..open those doors..get in front of them..plead though being well aware that they won't listen...and see a painful death coming closer...sigh...

her life came to peace again after this...but only for a moment...though she is unaware, but she have again landed into a trouble because of the guy...her small world, her ashram,..the greedy society is ready to snatch it ...bringing her in a do or die situation...but again the same guy has become her shield...she is still not able to forgive him...forgive what she suffered just because he thought it was fun...it was a prank...her hatred growing stronger and she building up confidence in herself to raise voice against the guy...but its her life..which can't go with the flow...it will take turns unpredictable..she constantly found herself being haunted, and landing up in his aura, his protection...she is softening on him...he is making the real dhani trying to break out from this stone shell...the desires blossoming out...the smile glorifying her face...realising that the guy is not as bad as she thought...willing to move on..but still, that pain is somewhere inside her...she is trying to overcome it, trying to build faith on him...with all her might...

Dhaani is a baggage of many emotions. Initially when she refused to forgive viplav despite his many attempts I was furious at her. But your post is thought provoking. Don't know how emotionally connected she was with her husband but assuming that she grew up in an environment where still pati is considered as parmeshwar, she must have been devastated at his death. And such customs don't allow one to think beyond your husband even after his death therefore her opening up her heart to viplav is very tough. Break ups can really break a person but death can actually make a person lifeless because there is no possibility of the dead person returning. At the end of the day she is still a young girl, whose normalcy can be seen in many episodes like when she asked the chai wala to play dheere dheere song, or the way she was elated at seeing the chocolates. But she is still hoping against hope that her husband will return. Viplav is no where in her mind as far as moving on in her life is concerned.

Good things and persons r often very tough to get and difficult to please but to achieve happiness we have to go thru a lot of obstacles here the obstacle is Dhani itself who is not ready to step into the world of unknown by clinging onto the past now here how cv's deal the situation of making dhani fall for viplav is quite a sensitive track which CTV's need to handle carefully 😊
