Meera's greed makes her jealous of her sister Vidya

In the recent episode of the show, we saw Gaura (Vandana Pathak) showering expensive gifts on her would-be DIL Vidya and other members of the Modi family as ashagun ritual. Gaura immediately calls for the priest to fix Vidya and Shravan's marriage date. Gopi asks Gaura to take it easy and avoid making haste. However, Gaura curtly asks Gopi to stop interfering by expressing her own will. Meera gets jealous to witness Vidya receive so many nice gifts and she tries dissuading her from marrying Shravan. However, Vidya assures Meera that she is happy with the match and has given her consent to the proposal without any pressure.

Gaura, on the other hand, makes big promises to Kokila by telling her how lavish the wedding will be and how happily Vidya will live in her house after the nuptials. Kokila thanks the stars of Vidya and excuses herself to welcome Kinjal, Dhaval and Urmila.

Kinjal and Dhaval inform that they have plans to go to London for which they need visa. They request Kokila to allo Urmila stay in the Modi mansion till the time they return from Mumbai. Kokila happily agrees to have Urmila at her home and introduces her to Gaura.

Gaura, like her typical self, taunts Urmila by taunting her for some reason. However, Urmila gives Gaura a befitting reply to shut her mouth.

Meanwhile, Shravan takes Vidya's mobile number, FB and gmail id at the behest of his grandmom Gaura. Vidya naively shares the details with him, while Meera fumes out of jealousy watching this development secretively.
