Why 11 overs?  Why not just make it 10, and make the match simple, instead of 1 bowler 3, and others 2?

Revised playing conditions: One bowler can bowl 3 overs, the other four can bowl 2 each. The powerplay will be for 3 overs. There will be no strategic breaks
