Daadi tells ArHaan to perform the 'kanyadaan' ritual. Nilima feels uncomfortable. The saat phere' begin and Nilima barely manages to walk. Soon, the priest announces them as husband and wife. However, Nilima faints and everyone notices the lizard. Nilima is rushed to the hospital. Gautam's parents plan to leave the city for some time.
At the hospital, Narmada is worried and tells Daadi that she wasn't wrong. Like always, even this marriage has proved the same. Vihaan is worried and Arushi comforts him. She advises him to take care of the whole family. He gives Daadi her medicines but she refuses to eat them. Arushi somehow convinces her. Manohar informs Vihaan that the lady working at the salon suddenly disappeared. He went to her house but there's no sign of her. Gautam says that he knows who is responsible for all this and plans to teach them a lesson. However, Arushi tells him not to do anything that he'll regret. The greedy couple are all set to leave but Gautam arrives with the police just in time. His parents confess their crime and are soon arrested by the police.
The doctor announces that Nilima is safe and they can meet her. Daadi tells her to rest but Nilima stops them from leaving. She asks if they won't be a part of the Bidaai' ritual. Daadi tells Arushi to get Nilima ready but Narmada says that they'll also help.
Daadi is worried if she should be happy or sad that Nilima is leaving. Arushi tells her that nothing will no wrong. Daadi declares that no one will cry today. However, Vihaan cannot hold back his tears and walks away. Arushi tries to comfort him and he says that he won't let his Maasi Maa go away. Times have changed and Gautam can stay with them in this house. Arushi explains how a woman binds herself into a new life and tries to move ahead. Similarly even Nilima deserves this opportunity to move on in life.
