Ever heard of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insaan? He's a spiritual figure revered by millions. At the same time, he's got two rape charges levelled against him.

Till 1826, billions of Hindus practised widow-burning as an integral part of their religious beliefs.

Going by your contention that a belief/person should not be criticised because its held precious by millions, Ram Rahim should not be jailed in case the charges are proved true, and neither should Sati have been outlawed in the past.

Criticising or more appropriately Insulting them like your participating a Festival is like Insulting us for following them and Being Muslims. And also they are balantly giving spreading the message that the 'Religion of Hatered' should end if you look at those Cartoons

This is an attack to the Religion. To a large group of ppl and that too repeatedly . Its Offensive. And is A Crime.

And the Armed biker one is Here...Police were present becuz they knew how ' Peaceful' they wanted to be.

Bold: No. Mocking sonething does not amount to calling for its demise. What led to this conclusion, I wonder.

What? Our Prophet was A Person and we look up to him, follow his paths and you Criticising him is criticising our ways of life, Calling our Faith and ideals Stupid, pathetic and full of B.S with so much force and Hatered that you have to bring armed bikers infront of mosque with these 'peaceful' Cartoons is Not Ragging
than i dont know what is.

I agree to it
Like the main point is that
When we have so much topic to which cartoons can made then why purposely they always choose 'sensitive topic ' that arouse this???

I've no idea about this bike incident you refer to. And nope, the Prophet was a real person, but he represented/represents an idea, like politicians/spiritual leaders/statesmen do.By your reasoning, one should not criticise or bad-mouth politicians as well, since that would apparently amount to "bullying". And leave alone people who espouse or propagate ideas, the public mocks and derides every kind of public figure there is, the majority of the brunt-bearers being actors 😛

Secondly, a religion has several aspects or facets. There is a social, a politicial and a philosophical side to a particular faith. Criticism of one particular aspect does not signify a dismissal of the faith as a whole. And btw, religious instructions don't govern one's lifestyle in its entirety, so there's no question of it being mocked.

If u judge by this then firstly
You don't have any right to comment on some else religion if u don't know about it !!

Secondly talking about Ram rahim
Maybe they got some solid proof for the charge

So before commenting on anyone religion first check your knowledge about it!!!

Till 1826, billions of Hindus didn't even exist.

Oh yes, Sir Raj Ram Mohan Roy, an opium agent of the British and his chaddi buddy Dwarkanath Tagore (Sir Rabidranath Tagore's grandfather) stopped bad Hindus from the heinous practice of Sati right?

And Tagore ran Sonagachi brothels on the side where he supplied little boys also to the Brit officers. Thank God for these 2, otherwise Hindus would still be living in the stone ages.

Below is an incomplete list of destroyed sites in Saudi Arabia by the ruling bloodline family.

Mosques[edit]
The mosque at the grave of Sayyid al-Shuhada' Hamza ibn Abd al-Muttalib.[13]
The Mosque of Fatima Zahra.[13]
The Mosque of al-Manaratain.[13]
Mosque and tomb of Sayyid Imam al-Uraidhi ibn Jafar al-Sadiq, destroyed by dynamite on August 13, 2002.
Four mosques at the site of the Battle of the Trench in Medina.
The Mosque of Abu Rasheed.[19]
Salman al-Farsi Mosque, in Medina.[19]
Raj'at ash-Shams Mosque, in Medina.[19]
Cemeteries and tombs[edit]
Jannat al-Baqi in Medina, leveled, still open access for men only.
Jannat al-Mu'alla, the ancient cemetery at Mecca.[19]
Grave of Hamida al-Barbariyya, the mother of Imam Musa al-Kazim.
Grave of Amina bint Wahb, Muhammad's mother, bulldozed and set alight in 1998.
Graves of Banu Hashim in Mecca.[19]
Tombs of Hamza and other casualties of the Battle of Uhud were demolished at Mount Uhud.[19]
Tomb of Eve in Jeddah,[19] sealed with concrete in 1975.
Grave of the father of Muhammad, in Medina.[19]
Historical religious sites[edit]
The house of Mawlid where Muhammad is believed to have been born in 570. Originally turned into a library, it now lies under a rundown building which was built 70 years ago as a compromise after Wahhabi clerics called for it to be torn down.[20]
The house of Khadija, Muhammad's first wife. Muslims believe he received some of the first revelations there. It was also where his children Fatimah and Qasim were born. After it was rediscovered during the Haram extensions in 1989, it was covered over and it was made into a library.
A Hilton hotel stands on the site of the house of Islam's first caliph, Abu Bakr.[21]
House of Muhammed in Medina, where he lived after the migration from Mecca.[19]
Dar e Arqam, the first Islamic school where Muhammad taught.[20] It now lies under the extension of the Masjid Alharam of Mecca.
Qubbat' al-Thanaya, the burial site of Muhammed's incisor that was broken in the Battle of Uhud.[13]
Mashrubat Umm Ibrahim, built to mark the location of the house where Muhammad's son, Ibrahim, was born to Mariah.
Dome which served as a canopy over the Well of Zamzam.[19]
Bayt al-Ahzan of Sayyida Fatima, in Medina.[19]
House of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq, in Medina.[19]
Mahhalla complex of Banu Hashim, in Mecca.[19]
House of Ali where Hasan and Husayn were born.[19]

Nope, it were the demi-gods Bentinck and Canning who saved Indians from Sati and non-widow remarriage respectively, not these dirty li'l Black Natives.

Btw, I want the name of whatever you're on.

Or rather, what the obscure blog-writer you gathered this gem of information from, was on.

And oh, "Hindus" came into existence only after 711 A.D. 😛
