I am not a big of fan of Kathi's over built of Saravanan either. I wish they won't bring that character in. Sure, the title of the serial is SM. It is a continuation of the previous characters and is still the same serial. It doesn't really mean it represents the current S (wherever he is) and M. Also, V's name also has S's name in it. We can in pretty much interpret the title in many ways. V has outperformed the S's character in many ways. I would probably stop watching if M starts falling in love with S again.
