I had never planned to write on this couple.But my dearest friend Sydell's request made me pen down this.
Your beautiful eyes
Payal adorned her eyes with Kaajal.
She smiled seeing the beauty of her eyes on the mirror.But slowly she started having eye irritation.Her eyes got welled up with tears.Her eyes became red.
She rushed to the hospital to meet the Doctor.
She looked at her Doctor;Dr.Akash Singh Raizada.
He examined her eyes carefully.
AKASH:How did this happen?
PAYAL:I don't know.I applied kaajal as usual.But slowly it started iching me.
AKASH:Was that kaajal a quality one?
PAYAL:Ya'but'
AKASH:But'?
PAYAL:It's expiry date was over.
AKASH:Oh!Why did you use it then?
Payal:Because I did'nt feel that it has ruined .So I continued using it.
Akash:If the expiry date is over don't use cosmetics.It's harmful.These are your eyes.You have to protect them. Anyways take an injection first.
PAYAL:Ok Doctor.
She went to take injection.After half an hour she came back to AKASH's room.
Her eyes looked normal.
PAYAL:Thank you Dr.After the injection I feel better.It was very affective.
He smiled.He gave a prescription for medicines.
Akash:Use eye drops as per the prescription.
PAYAL:Sure.Thank you Dr.
AKASH:Thank you is not enough.You should stop using old Kaajal.It will cause allergy.Eyes are very precious.You should be very careful.You should not spoil them.
PAYAL:But Dr now a days even kaajal is very costly.I can't imagine spending money on kaajal.I don't spend money on cosmetics.This kajal was gifted by my cousin on my birthday which was 5 years ago.
AKASH:5 years...same kajal...Oh!If you don't want to spend money on kaajal don't buy it.But don't use such an old kaajal.And your eyes look beautiful without kaajal too.
She blushed.Akash smiled seeing her blush.
The next morning...
Dr.Akash woke up from his bed.He saw his beautiful wife wearing earrings.
Her eyes were plain without kaajal.
AKASH:Why did'nt you put kaajal?
She:I threw it away as it caused allergy to my eyes.
He smiled:So finally my wife dumped her dearest antique kajal.Payal...you never throw any of your cometics even when it crosses it's expiry date.But now you did that.Not bad.
She:Hey...Don't tease me.
AKASH:Anyways you have to get a new kaajal for yourself.
She:No way.I can't waste my hard earned money on cosmetics.
AKASH got irritated:You are so stingy.
He controlled his irritation.
AKASH:No problem.But you will use a new one if it's gifted by someone.I man if you get it free you will use it.Right?
PAYAL:Of course.I will.
AKASH took a new kajal from his pocket:Then put this.This is my gift for you.
She was surprised.She was excited:Wow!Thank you so much AKASH.
She extended her hand to take it from her.
AKASH:No...I will put it for you.
She blushed.
He adorned his wife's eyes with kaajal.
She closed her eyes.
AKASH turned her facing the mirror.
AKASH:Now open our eyes and see how your eyes look.
She opened her eyes.
They both looked at the mirror.
Her face blossomed. She:You did it so well AKASH.You made my eyes beautiful again.
AKASH:I did'nt make your eyes beautiful nor did this kaajal.Because your eyes are naturally beautiful.Not even kaajal is needed to make your eyes beautiful.
She blushed.
