Ajatshatru looks at Ishika and reminisce the times spent with her. Nanny asks him what doctor said about Ishika's condition. He tells her that Ishika has Aplastic Anemia and she needs a bone marrow transplant immediately or she will die. Nanny cries and say we can give our bone marrow. But Ajatshatru tells her that bone marrow transplant can happen only between blood relatives. A lady is shown (the one who was shown earlier in the hospital too) looking into Ishika's room. Ajatshatru sees her and goes after her. She runs. He runs after her calling her Ananya and dashes with Sunidhi's car. Ananya runs off. Sunidhi asks who she is and is she a threat to Ishika?
At the bureau Akshay tells ACP Pradhyuman that he thinks the photos are fake and may be it's Ajatshatru's face and someone elses' body. But ACP says it looks real because in the photo Ajatshatru has a mark on his hand and in reality too he has the same mark. But then he is surprised because in the photos with Anand too Ajatshatru has same mark but Anand died 2 years back whereas this mark was result of an accident happened only 6 months back. Now ACP is sure that they are fake photos. Pratap tells them that someone is framing Ajatshatru but irony is that he knows each and every detail about Ajatshatru. They wonder who is getting all the info? Akshay doubts that Sunidhi is the one who is getting all info about Ajatshatru and she is around him most of the time also she was the one who found out that Ishika is not Ajatshatru's real daughter. ACP Pradhyuman agrees with him.
Sunidhi and Ajatshatru are in a restaurant and she asks who that lady (who ran away in the hospital)? Ajatshatru says he is sad about Ishika's condition and can't do anything about it. On top of that he is framed for murder and is suspended too. Sunidhi asks him about the case. She say he should sue Padhyuman for false case. Just then Jasmine comes there and takes Ajatshatru aside. Sunidhi calls that guy (who stutters) and tells him that she has got a hot news (why is she blabbing everything to him??http://india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=41586
) He is happy and thanks her.
ACP Pradhyuman tells Ajatshatru that they now believe that he was framed and suspects someone. He also says that Ajatshatru is not suspended anymore but he should keep that as a secret to find out who is behind all this. Pradhyuman asks him to reveal the truth about Ishika. Ajatshatru tells him that he thinks Ananya is alive. Pradhyuman asks isn't she her real mother but how he know that? Ajatshatru says that Sonal came to meet him at the bureau and told him that she saw Ananya and after she left he got a call from that stuttering guy that Ananya is alive and to meet him at warehouse and when she reached there found Manish hanging.
Pratap, Akshay, Tejali and Jasmine (Is Gargi bumped off the show??)
go to search all studios in the city to learn about the fake photos. When Tejali & Jasmine enquire at one studio, a guy Mohan who works there looks panicked. He later walks to the dark room. They follow him and find all fake photos and negatives there. They catch him.
At the bureau Mohan tells them that a guy gave him all photos and he developed and joined with the dead people. He gives details about the guy and Jasmine developed the image on computer. Finally they come up with that guy's (who stutters and whom Sundihi gives info) picture (wow!!! Software is so developed. Why doesn't the real CID use this one?)
Akshay asks Jasmine to check if he resembles any culprit whom Ajatshatru arrested. He matches with someone named Billa who was caught 6 years back for attempted murder. He was in jail for 4 years but now on bail. They get his address from the records too.
In the hospital Ajatshatru sees Billa inside Ishika's room. He is surprised to see him and wonders what he is doing there? Billa points a gun at Ajatshatru and then at Ishika and ask him to do what he says. Ajatshatru aggress and asks him not to hurt Ishika. Billa takes Ajatshatru some place.
CID team searches Billa's house. It's very dirty and cigarette butts are there. They find pictures of Ajatshatru and in one picture is circled in the form of hanging rope on Ajatshatru's neck.

Billa takes Ajatshatru to latter's house pointing a gun at him. He tells Ajatshatru that he wants to ruin his family because latter ruined his by putting him behind bars. He wants next day's headlines to be 'Ajatshatru committed suicide to escape humiliation'. There is a rope hanging and Billa asks Ajatshatru to hang himself. Ajatshatru takes the rope and puts around his neck. Billa pushes the chair away and Ajatshatru is hanging but he tries to keep his hands near neck loosening the rope. Billa gets angry and shoots him. CID team comes in and shoots Billa. They rescue Ajatshatru and take him to the hospital.
At hospital Tejali sees a girl on stretcher and she cries remembering something. ( Ok…now next we have Tejali's story
) Jasmine asks why she is crying? Tejali says she hates being in hospital. ACP's condition is still serious. Pratap cries for not trusting ACP before.
Doctors talk among themselves that Billa is not responding well to the treatment. He checks Billa's medical report and is surprised. He comes out and tells CID team that Ajatshatru and Billa are under observation and he needs to talk to ACP Pradhyuman.
He tells Pradhyuman that he found someone whose bone marrow matches with Ishika's. ACP is happy but when he hears that the guy is Billa. He is shocked.
Ajatshatru and Billa are taken to another room. Sunidhi comes to see him. Jasmine and Tejali tells her that Billa is the one who trapped Ajatshatru. Sunidhi is surprised to hear that. Akshay & Pratap says that Billa is not alone in this. One more person was helping him and soon they will grab that person. Sunidhi is sad and thinks how will she tell them that it is she. Unknowingly she helped in trapping Ajat.
Ajatshatru is doing fine now. Pradhyuman tells him that doctors found a donor for Ishika. But when Ajatshatru hears Billa's name, he is mad. Ajatshatru is sad that Ishika's bone marrow didn't match with him but a criminal's. (I don't know still no one is bothered to think that if Billa matched Ishika's bone marrow type then he could be her father or brother. Because bone marrow matches only direct blood relatives). Sunidhi tells him that he can't be selfish. He needs to agree to this transplant. (Did anyone bother to ask Billa?) Ajatshatru says now he needs to tell the truth. (Flashback- There was girl named Ananya who was a teacher and to whom Ajatshatru was in love. He calls her to his place and makes arrangement to get engaged. But when she comes she sees someone in the bushes and runs. Ajatshatru waits for her and then gets a call. Ananya was raped. He wows to find the rapist. But now it's too late Ananya is 3 months pregnant (Boy!! That was fast..) Ajatshatru tells her that he will marry her. She delivers a baby girl Ishika and leaves a chit saying she is going to end her life. Ajatshatru adopts Ishika. Flashback ends)
Ajatshatru is still looking for that rapist. Ananya comes to the hospital to see Ishika. Tejali & Jasmine ask who she is. Ananya says she came to ask if she can give her bone marrow for test.
Billa is in wheelchair and Ajatshatru can walk. Both of them meet at the hospital. Ananya comes there and Ajatshatru calls her. Billa turns and Ananya sees him and runs. Ajatshatru ask her to stop. Ananya says this is the guy who raped her. Ajatshatru is shocked to learn that Billa is Ishika's father.

Billa can't take Ishika away legally because he he going behind bars.
