i find the other way round..jalal can do voice modulation whereas salim's voice lacks the royal aura and does not have that smooth flow of emotions which is required while acting and eyes show no emotions! although he was ok in a couple of scenes but still needs to go miles before he can touch dilip sahib's power packed performance and here my comparison is more to do with actors who have already played the role and in order for the trps tor rise both hina and ravi will have to rise above dilip sahib and madhubala!

Here are my thoughts on this matter

We cannot compare a Dilip kumar or madubala to these TV actorsor Bollywood) not even rajat and paridhi. They worked ages to reach level they were in when they acted in MEA. I mean Dilip saab had 15-16 years experience acting as hero when MEA released and same for madubala.

the quality of a show goes down when a script writer writes faulty scripts..illogical NRs and the worst is when the actors are bad..if the actors are good then a bad script and direction can be masked but such is not the case with this new jodi..they have no chemistry and zero in acting department! i am mainly talking about them because the story revolves around them and they take the whole screen space!

i think what needs to be done now is a strong script that has the real historical events ..stronger characterization for jalal and not majnu types..salim and anar's characters need polishing..completely out of sink from the real ones!..and the director needs to be changed that can execute the scenes properly and not make them look half baked!...and both ravi and hina need to polish their acting skills and look tolerable!

the whole screen space should not be given to sanar and more importance should be given to the main lead and the main title of the show! and not just show romance but something related to history and more substantial..in terms of romance they can show sanar koo chi kooing for 2 mnts and that should be all!
