Impel - Does his character have any Importance?

i wonder what does a useless character like IMPEL doing...everyone has performed and settle down to get their own space.

Impel is the only one to be left out cold...i don't know what he is doing in this show.. !!! unless he has a background that has a strong link to the story, his character is totally uncalled for 🥱

he is jst there to fill the screen space

i dnt even remember when he said more than one liner

bt who knws may be ther's something for him in future track
