I think he has been sent by Harshad! It seems very odd that hes everywhere even though hes not in the academy! 

He probably has cancer or some other kind of fatal illness, because in one interview Zain compared his character to Aman from Kal Ho Na Ho and Augustus from Fault In Our Stars. Hence the entertaining of cancer kids and mysterious appointments at hospitals. 

Finally...some spoiler alert that i am looking forward to ...hmm maybe he is Nandini half brother😆 I won't mind 🤣
