Chapter 19 Teaser:

Just as he made to touch her, she stood up angrily.  Blood oozed out of a large gash on her head.  She looked pale.  Her eyes no longer warm and green...instead, they were black, unseeing yet accusing.

 

"I trusted you papa!"  she yelled, tears rushing down her cheeks, mingling with deep red blood on their way down her pale skin.  "I trusted you more than anyone!  And you lied!  You lied to me papa!  I trusted you!  You lied!"

 

With that last scream, she fell back to the ground, still as stone.  Quiet as the night.  Gone forever.

Superb writing. Awesome update. ⭐️ Felt really really bad for Khushi that her dad is unwell and in the hospital. Aman and arnav should stop shielding Khushi and tell her the truth as they know. Khushi needs to come to terms with her dads illness. One good thing that is coming out of this emotional turmoil is that arnav and Khushi are becoming closer. Looking forward to the next update and thank you so much for the pm.  :)  ship13(IF)

I'm happy that though they hid the gravity of Shashi's condition from Khushi, at least she now knows the truth about his illness.
