Yes, he has been shown in different bedrooms. Different hall. Different bathroom. The first one was when Nandu was his spot. He took a shower in the bathroom and there was a glass screen seperator. The second time when their romance started, the bathroom had changed.

but i have got some explanations...

1) Manik loves Indian history.. I had read some where that kings and many palaces and rooms.. and they lived in one room for only a day!

2) Manik is in the habit of changing the decorations of his room..🤣

3) Manik has many bedrooms.. (Itne sare kamre hain.. Ek main rahunga toh baki sare bura maan jayenge..🤣)

4) Manik is doing some future planning.. JItne jyada room apne naam me karunga mere aur Nandu ke utne hi bacche honge.🤣
