Karna the death conqueror

Karna did not chose to embrace death. He died when he did not have his weapon. 

there are so many reasons ..we can quote all the above  but in short he died to establish dharm

He Died, As A Result Of His Loyalty To Duryodhan.

Even I feel there are lots of reason why karn chose to embrace death. I voted for his Daanveer nature as many other reasons comes into this one - be his promise to Kunti, to establish Dharma & he already proved his loyalty to Dury when he allied  with Dury even when he knew the truth, his lineage that he will be fighting against his siblings in this war of Dharma. He didn't even stop donating when he was severely injured in the battle field when death was in his doorstep. His charitable nature along with her other qualities made him to conquer death
