I really like Dimpy. I will put that straight up. She is my fav wild card and one of the top contenders right now, who has more brains than all of the HM's put together. She is intelligent, sassy and knows how to shut people up with very valid and logical arguments. Ache acho ki bolti band kar deti hai, apne intelligent points se.
But, I want to point out a very clear thing. Dimpy came in the house and HERSELF supported PG. She joined them for whatever reason, whether she liked them personally, or she wanted to be associated with the popular contestants ( at that time), it was HER decision. PG did not ask her for support, nor did they stand with lota in front of her begging for her highness's friendship. Punz and Gautam pretty much survive on each other. At many points through the game, their friends/supporters or whatever have changed sides and loyalties, but these two pretty much rely on each other for the game and don't trust ANYBODY. If Dimpy supported them, it was HER choice and HER own reasons, whatever they may be.
So PG never asked her for her daan ka support, nor did they ever consider her their BFF that she is so hurt about it. you supported them for your own reasons, not because you have love in your heart for them. The minute they did not support you, you went bitching them out to people who hate them. So let's not paint her like an abla nari here. She is also playing smartly and intelligently, keeping the threads in her hands. press conference invoked that she was right and P3G were wrong, so she has also flipped her side conveniently, playing on the "support nahi diya" card. And I actually like her for being the smartest game player in the house. She is the only one who knows what she is doing and is not insecure and going psycho over nominations or results.
As for supporting her back, somewhere, their loyalties have been with Pritam, because obviously they have been with him longer. It is sheer stupidity and naivete on their part to trust someone like Pritam, but they show some kind of weird solidarity towards Pritam and Praneet, even during fallout and post re-union.
Dimpy is playing a very very smart game. She came in and joined PG, the most popular that time. Yes, they should have at least been there when she was crying, which Gautam was. He hugged her and told her not to cry over this. Puneet, was warned by Kashmera to keep her away and keep P3G together, which he has taken to heart. He is earnestly trying to keep the boys together and keep Dimpy out of it, because he probably doesn't trust her or he thinks audience is more for P3G than her. Gautam, being the chela that he is, follows Punz's decisions without even questioning the logic behind shunning her randomly.
This is where they are wrong, because if they were smart they'd know that she is smart, intelligent and very loyal ( up to that point) to them. She would be an asset to them, and not Pritam who has lost the plot 2 weeks back. It is THEIR loss that they let go of Dimpy. And it is her game of shifting sands easily playing the support card.
