But why cook on 1st too? Buy extra tomorrow and freeze it! I mean 31st is year end, we should be celebrating 1st as that starts the new year, so not cooking on last day of old year and cooking on the first day of new year seems wrong and unfair! What do you think?

Yup! It is! Even though I love blackcurrent cakes, this is an all time favorite at home so except my birthday I always buy this one!😉 Birthday is blackcurrent ones as they are my fav. flavor and the cake comes in my fav, color lavender!😳
