I think Viraj has more haqq on Aman, being her brother. RL won't deny him from doing that-especially when they themselves can't help much financially and he can. But it wasn't about money. It was him fulfilling his responsibility. Gangwals can take care of Aman's problem after she officially becomes their daughter in law.
