Somehow doubt that Bipasha would do such a thing. I think she knows what KSG is  a serial cheater, so i  doubt she will give up her relationship with Harman to  bond with KSG.I think it is more likely that she broke  ith Harman and then KSG was a rebound. She knows that she is not very serious and he is anyway not serious.
